I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful stay i had at your Hotel Helia. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed with the service and attention to detail that i received. First and foremost, the accommodations were superb. My room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities that i needed to feel comfortable and at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and i slept soundly every night of my stay. Beyond the accommodations, the staff at the Hotel Helia truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone i encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist me in any way they could. Whether it was the front desk staff, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. My only suggestion is to keep more breakfast options available, as the options provided were limited. Because it is cold in sikkim all year. As other Hotel Helias around the world have fans and air conditioning facilities in the room, you should provide heaters with the rooms and not charge extra from the guests. Since i was on a trip with a group of friends, and one couple had recently married, i asked Hotel Helia staff to decorate the room at an extra cost, and they did an amazing job, and all of this was communicated through whatsapp chat. In conclusion, i want to thank you and your staff for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and i visited gangtok to get a break from the rigours of working from home during the lockdown and self isolation; and checking into helia was the best decision we made. The reasons are listed below. 1. The entrance has an automated hand sanitizer machine and a station for luggage sanitation and everyone at the reception wears masks and follows social distancing. It led us to feel safer about staying there. 2. The staff was ever helpful and very polite. The check in process took us less than 5 minutes despite adherence to all the covid protocols. 3. The rooms are decorated in cozy wooden tones and overlook the mountains. Morning coffee and the view lend a sense of serenity. Despite the colder nights, the room was excellently insulated and the bedding was perfect for a good night's rest. All the other amenities like a tea tray and mini fridge were well stocked with food, tea kettle, tea bags and coffee 4. The restaurant on the rooftop lends a mesmerizing view of the city at night. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The bar tender there is jovial and professional. 5. The Hotel Helia is only a 10 minute walk away from m. G. Marg which is the city center. 6. They set an example in hospitality that can be matched to the best of the places in the country. A perfect cure to all your lockdown blues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Helia Gangtok and I must say, it was an incredible experience. They were always on hand to help with any questions or requests I had and went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The food at the Hotel Helia restaurant was delicious. Its our 1st time to sikkim for traveling. And it is proud to say that we are highly delighted to see the Hotel Helia and its staff behaviour and mangement style. And happy for there service whenever we need something. If u want to go sikkim. U can blindly stay at Hotel Helia helia in sikkim without any question. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are well maintained mountain view specially kanchenjunga u can enjoy form your Hotel Helia balcony. All the foods quality are really good. So finally Hotel Helia helia enriched our sikkim journey with lots of happy moments

Hotel helia is a very good option to stay at gangtok. Its just 8 to 10 minutes of walk from the snot bus stand and 15 to 17 minutes from m. G. Marg. The Hotel Helia is hygienec. Staffs are very good, polite and also behaves well. Food tastes good and the sky lounge(bar cum restaurant) adds another level to the Hotel Helia. But there is no street light all the way from sardar police station to the Hotel Helia. We face difficulty to walk through the road at evening. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Room is so big they have provided electric blanket on bed all Facility is active during stay .. Getting nice view of snow cl added mountain .. Food is really good .. Complimentary break fast is also good .. All staff is Humbled with nice attitude Specially that lady in front desk is very help full .. Only thing is they do not have own travel desk. Only in this category improvement ia needed .. Thanks summit newa

I stayed with family from 14 to 16 april, the Hotel location is central and 5 minutes walk from m. Go. Mark. The staff of Hotel are very courteous and are available always. All required facilities are available at the Hotel. The room I got was not mountain view but it is very spacious. Finally a recommended stay for couple and families. I wish all the best to the Hotel management.

We stayed here between 3-6 december and it was excellent. Hotel is located in the downtown of sadar police station, around 15mins walk from mg marg but one can get cab from Hotel Helia. View from attique room that we booked was marvellous. Kanchenjunga peak was visible clearly on one side and another side having city view. This is a great place to stay for family/couple.

It was a great stay out there the room was nicely oriented with friendly staff overall it was great and awesome experience but there was only one flaws that they should provide at least a pair of slippers in each room

The Hotel Helia is at a very perfect location for the traffic-free area, MG road is quite approachable. Car parking is available.

Hotel is good and behavior is too good. Walking to MG Marg is little difficult as because of the hilly road. Taxi cost too much to MG Marg. Room could be better as per value. And room heater should be added which was missing and bar.

Overall good. Elevator must be installed at property. Linen quality can be improved

Had a great stay at the Hotel Helia. The Hotel Helia is located at 10-15 mins walking distance from mg market. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious especially the healthy breakfast. The lift is under construction, so one has to take the stairs.
