HOTEL HELSINKI HOUSE

We stayed at Hotel Helsinki House from 7th to 9th January 2018. I must admit it was one of the best stays I had with my family. We were 5 travellers, including two kids and had booked two rooms. The service quality was excellent right from the word Go !! We arrived very early in the morning around 5am by Leelan Express from Bikaner and were picked from the Railway station. We were served hot tea on our arrival and were allotted a room the moment one got vacant around 6. 30 am. The service quality was excellent !! Two brothers Mr Obaya and Maru Khan are very sensitive to the requirements of their guests. We had also booked our Desert Safari through them which was also a pleasant experience. All in all a Big Thumps up to Hotel Helsinki House its Staff and management !!

They gave us an early check in, and the owner went ahead and ordered tea while we were waiting. The room was big, with all the amenities one might need- water heater, the milk powder- tea coffee sachets, free water bottles, AC that actually worked, iron board, laundry, and cloth dryer. I mean they got it all covered, literally. One of the friendliest owner who is very approachable. The breakfast is more than adequate. The place is walk-able distance from Fort. And away from the City noise. So it's a 5 out of 5 from me, for making my trip to Jaisalmer, a pleasure

Hotel helenski was exceptionally beautiful as it is designed in royal architect. It had spacious room, king sized bed placed in the room with a sofa accompanying it. Room heater facility was also provided for the guests. Enough spacious bathrooms which one could find satisfying. Food was also delicious with affordable prices. 'laal maans was too yummy would recommend to have it if any one visits this HOTEL HELSINKI HOUSE. Staffs were co operative and met our needs according to our demands or request. The only thing lacking was we could not find any cloth outside the bathroom to wipe out feet. This disappointed us.

Location approachable plus best views from rooftop restaurant. Staff is helpful and courteous boutique stay hence is absolutely pretty, bed height is eccentric and may be a problem for some people no tv as we had a standard room although a cable was jotting out of the wall breakfast options could have been more as we can choose 2 things to eat and one to eat from a black list of options dusty road to approach as it may cause issues with certain individuals other than that absolutely stay able and recommended.
Height of bed was above the normal levels. Concussion alert. Also, adventure alert.

Location - near to Jaisalmer town, walkable distance, quite area, no sound pollution. Good food, freshly prepared, no harsh taste of HOTEL HELSINKI HOUSE food, makes customised as per our requirements, pleasing staff at restaurant always ready to serve. Rooftop restaurant with a good view of fort. Though simple, good ambience to relax. Neat and clean standard rooms, linen clean, round the clock hot water facility, coffee maker. Good management ensuring best services. Fully recommend. Cons - no lifts, be ready to have little exercise climbing stairs.

Very sweet staff, clean rooms, soft and comfortable bed with windows in every room. The rooftop cafe is also so nice, they prepare fresh food with generous portion size💛. This stay was worth it. Rooms had heater and also an ac, you get both hot and cold water. I didnt find even one flaw. I booked it for just a day but extended my stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this property. Loved it. I would recommend. The only con i felt like was that you are not allowed to smoke in the rooms they’re not smoke friendly.

Perfectly placed away from hustle bustle of the city, very well maintained HOTEL HELSINKI HOUSE with a restaurant which provides delicious food consistently. Very polite and helping staff. Overall a very satisfying and pleasant stay. Only negatives are no room service and no lift in 3 floor property, though the restaurant provides best view of the City at night and during sunrise, which actually makes the 3rd floor restaurant an easy walk.

Great food, polite staff and clean rooms. Mr. Mar u khan is a great host and will help you with anything you need. The rooftop restaurant has a great ambience and the food was very delicious.

The lal maans if definitely worth a try and the rooftop restaurant has a great ambience. Had an amazing experience and will definitely revisit.

Property is situated in narrow by lanes of Jaisalmer city. The reception desk is always occupied by kind and helpful staff. Rooms were good ambience Staff was very helpful and modest, cooperative, rooftop view from the restaurant of Jaisalmer city was fabulous, food was good they have both the options for breakfast continental and Indian, they cook as per your demand

Amazing location. Loved the view from the rooftop. Very courteous staff, especially Ram Prasad bhaiya! Made us feel like home!

Very cozy room and bed, charging plug point quality not good, shower knob difficult to use.
Great stay. Amazing hospitality and good food. Got a very good offer and experience on desert safari. TV in the room was not working is the only negative.

Property is very good, room also clean with good space. Staff and owner Ubay Khan and Maaruji very helpful with all services.
