We were confused about the stay in mangalore some of nearest location to the railway station we went were not worth of money this HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL is like rs 80 auto journey and it was nearest to the city center in mangalore i must say as it is the recently opened one you can see all the clean and new things with that price i must say total worth it tv inside room are smart tv netflix desney hots-tar anything and all the staffs were so polite and holds good manner. Regular price for food and good aswell. I will recommend this for others aswell. Good job team heraa!

As you seen in the images the property gives you same room with basic amenities. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and bathroom is also clean but water wont drain properly. Room service is fast and good. If you complain about any defective they will rectify it immediately. Property is located outskirts of mangalore but you will get autos, local bus, even two wheeler rental is next to the property. No in house restaurant available but swiggy n zomato is available for the location. Parking space is also decent. Overall 9/10 go without hesitation.

The property is a brand new HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL opened just 2 months ago! pros:the lobby is just as beautiful as it looks on the internet. Rooms are sufficient for 2 people! the extra balcony is cherry on the top for the room. Spacious parking facility, wify cons: service could be better, they missed out on a few requests and waited for a little longer than usual. Misses an in-house restaurant but you still order food from their own menu or swiggy or zomato. Ac was not working at all( could be proper in other rooms) overall: it was worth staying 8. 5/10

I stayed in the HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL with my family. The stay was excellent with good facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. Though we reached late night, the staff took care of our requirements. All the staff were cooperative and friendly. Travel arrangements were done by front desk staff. Mr. Imran, the manager of the HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL, even helped us with luggage transfer in an emergency situation. Overall, the stay experience was excellent.

Our experience at HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL, right from beginning is very good. Room is clean, appropriately decorated n comfortable for short stay. Have a very nice balcony with fantastic city view from the top. Special mention to front desk staff goutomi and others for the nice service. Good perking space. Rooftop pool could be more clean and no functioning restaurant, but allow zomato to allow deliver. Overall very comfortable stay.

Location - easy to reach, good access, parking available; corridors are not neatly maintained, lot of stains and housekeeping machines casually kept around. Rooms are spacious. We took a premium room. They had two balcony views and it was great. Ac works well. Bathroom is huge and hot water is available instantly. Complimentary breakfast can be improved. For poori there was no sag u. Combinations need to be worked out.

This HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL s in the heart of mangalore, they are fresh and and clean. Staffs were good and nly thing i would say negative is that they din start their restaurant yet. And they din supply water bottle for us until l v asked. Might be a misunderstanding from their side though. Need to improve in such azpects. As a budding HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL its fine and giod.

The receptionist is very well behaved and the rooms are well organized and kept clean

Had a wonderful stay in HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL heraa international, the staff is very polite & helpful. The rooms were of decent size & very clean & the view from the HOTEL HERAA INTERNATIONAL room was great watching towards the mountain. The reception staff are especially good people. Whenever i visit mangalore i would like to stay there.
