Very bad services provided by hotel.

Make my trip charges are very high compared to their rates. Service is slow. As per cost amenities are not given

The quality of room is very poor. Toilets don’t have basic amenities. Also the room service staff is not cooperative. The restaurant has very bad food, in terms of taste and quality both. Strongly recommend don’t visit this place.

Hot and cold water supply was a big issue. Most of the time i have to wait about an hour to get the water supply restored. This happened at least on 2 occasions. The intercom was not working so reaching out to reception was an issue. Food was good. Location is also good.

The rates were too high and food quality was not good. It was all very oily food and was not fresh.

The hotel heritage is seemingly an old british-era home which has been redesigned. However, they seem to have no clue about how one can make a heritage property fit for today. The interiors are gloomy, some rooms are in isolated position. They do not provide you towels and soaps until requested. A is allowed free entrance in the room passages without bothering to ask the guests if they are okay with it. There are virtually no windows in the rooms. Water goes off several times from the bathroom taps. Only good thing was that the helpers (sourav and harish) were courteous. A stay here is not recommended unless you have no other option.

No welcome drink offer by hotel no electric cattle available there is also water problem in hotel washroom food items which are mentioned in the menu not available in hotel overall below average hospitality not recommend hotel

Very small rooms and worst washroom with no hand shower in toilet in our room allotted. Quite a dingy place.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. Location is excellent and view is nice also. Room maintenance is very poor and telephone and tv is not working and water supply in the toilet having some problem

It was little disturbing at night when wooden floors and furnitures were making sounds. Felt like living in a 1920 classic vintage types house. All in all it was good. Service was good. Staff was excellent. Food was awesome and very pocket friendly.

The hotel location is very good. There is beautiful view from the hotel courtyard. The wooden design gives vintage and premium feel. But the hotel staff is very unprofessional, they don't know how to deal with people. They don't know how to talk and behave, they were very rude. I stayed there for 2 days, in that 2 days we didn't want to see their face. Also the walls are wooden, your voice can go to other rooms as they are attached. That is the biggest con. Please consider this while going there. Hygiene was good.
