The hotel provided an excellent stay for my friend and me during our day trip to Sikim before returning home to the United States. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with modern amenities and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Our stay at the hotel was excellent! My friend and I were visiting from the United States, and we were truly impressed by the level of service throughout our time there. The staff was generally attentive and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, we did encounter one instance that put a damper on our experience. At the front desk, there was a particularly rude staff member who refused to extend our checkout time, despite our reservation stating that we had that option. This interaction was quite frustrating, as we had planned our final day around a later departure. Aside from that incident, our overall stay was very relaxing, especially given the beautiful location in Siliguri Junction. The area offered a mix of local culture and convenient amenities, making it an enjoyable backdrop for our trip. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the wonderful aspects of our visit.

The services were good and prompt. We have been late to check in and there has always been communication going and smooth check in and. during dinner they arranged roti etc. even late after 10pm So more or less good stay after 14hrs drive.

No tea cups were put in room, whole asked provided 1 cup but again no spoon was given. Water in basin & commode was not supplying. Breakfast was not at all ok. Rooms were good but tiny, bed was very short in length. According to price they charged for a single room doesn't at all match with the service and amenities they are providing.
