The hotel is fine. But they had suddenly asked us to move out before our final exams while we were staying in the hotel which was a terrible experience to have.

No hot water in the room, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet rolls were given, slow service, front staff were not very friendly and polite, food was very oily and overpriced. Overall poor

We really enjoyed the stay. Nice food restaurant and rooms were so clean. All staff for so supportive. I recommend this hotel for both business travel as well as family stay trip.

Good spacious rooms with quality food

Hotel rooms were very bad and sub standard and not hygiene and because of this i was forced to check out 1 day in advance without any refund. However, the food was very good. I was not expecting such type of room's recommendation from make my trip. I advise mmt to visit the hotel once and advise them to improve the room standards by doing some interior work like tiling, painting, change of bed linen, bathroom interior etc.

The front office staff are a bunch of goons. In-spite of my informing one day in advance, my bill at 6 am was not ready. The perosn said that there is some problem with software. He charged me extra, which i denied. He said that they would refund, so i agreed as i was on the verge of missing my flight. Even after 3 weeks and reminders, i have not yet got my redund. Room housekeeping was also very poor. The balcony was always covered in dust.

Restaurant charged excess bill for non-consumed food & that to with my fake signature (a meaningful mollified intention. On raised issue with reception deducted amount charged excess. Hotel management need to take action.

Check out time is very more. After Long process finally said bill cannot be issued due to server problem. Other than this stay is good.

Was there for 3 nights and we had a very good experience. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lot of choices with good taste. Staff was helpful and rooms were very big and luxurious. Loved the stay with them.

Not Worth for the money we pay.

While checking in no room was ready and I have to wait for 2hrs to get the room, stinking toilets, hard mattress, no mineral water, tea will take 1hr every day for room service. If you are visiting Nagpur industry area it’s ok else it’s outside city.

It was OK considering the expectations.

Overall good, cleanliness and staff service. Taxis are not easily available in this area of city, thought the hotel staff helps in booking ola or uber.

Overall good hygiene and service. However, my room was not ready at the time of check-in. I was about to be put on hold for around half an hour before I was provided an alternate room. This is not acceptable.
