​I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel HighLand in Manali, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the hotel delivered an exceptional stay that truly captured the beauty and tranquility of the Himalayas. ​The location is absolutely unbeatable. It strikes the perfect balance, offering a serene, picturesque setting with stunning mountain and valley views, while still providing easy access to key attractions like the Hadimba Temple and Mall Road. Being nestled away from the main bustle meant we could truly relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. ​What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, incredibly attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether it was prompt room service or helpful local recommendations, the level of hospitality was truly excellent. ​Overall, Hotel HighLand is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, beautifully located, and well-serviced stay in Manali. Highly recommended!

we stayed in Hotel highland on 27 Sept and location/view/food is awesome and I stayed earlier also and very much like to stay every time.

We had a completely worst experience at the hotel. The boy at the reception in the morning doesn’t even know how to speak to guests with manners. His behavior was extremely rude. At night, when we asked the hotel staff for water bottles, they flatly refused, saying that there were no water bottles available in the hotel, that they had run out. Now, in such a big hotel, how can there be no water bottles? The behavior was very rude.

We stayed in Hotel Highland at Manali for three days. The hotel location is very excellent, as it is a walk in distance from the famous Hademba Mata temple. Manali Mall road is also not very far from the hotel. The hotel food was very nice. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast last morning. The hotel's cleanliness was also there. The hotel staff was very polite. Hema Madam also personally talked to us and tried to check whether everything was okay. Overall opinion is a very excellent hotel. Thanks for the service we got there.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Highland in Manali. The service was exceptional from start to finish — the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. She made sure every guest had a memorable experience, checking in regularly and ensuring everything ran smoothly. That personal touch made a big difference! The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread had plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. It really helped start the day off right. The hotel is located in Old Manali, which is a beautiful area with a peaceful vibe. There are several popular attractions and cafes just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommend Hotel Highland for anyone visiting Manali — a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location!

Rooms given were terrible and not worth the money. Could have avoided booking

Food is not good as per expectations.

The location is excellent and visually appealing, no doubt about that. However, the overall experience falls short on several critical fronts: Food Quality: Severely lacking. The buffet is extremely limited in variety, repeated almost daily, and begins only after 8:30 AM — with everything being cleared by 10:20 AM, leaving little flexibility for guests. The food lacks authentic taste, relying heavily on spices to mask poor preparation. Most items are undercooked and unappetizing. Amenities: While the amenities provided are decent, they lack refinement and proper upkeep. With a little attention to detail, this could be a much better offering. Staff Attitude & Responsiveness: The staff is noticeably disinterested and unprofessional. They operate at their own pace with no sense of urgency or hospitality. Despite requesting Room 1, they casually assigned and prepared Room 2 instead, without explanation or apology. Overall, this place has great potential due to its location, but the mismanagement, poor food standards, and lack of service orientation make it hard to recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Very Nice hotel, best food and service. Best hill location. Hidimba temple is just 10 min far.. Main market mall road is near. Best club market is near.

WE have booked this hotel after researching many Hotels which are very close to All the Tourist Places in Manali ... First of all the hotel rooms are very good and clean, Good Ambience with the surroundings of lots of Flowers with a born fire and a very decent location which is the most powerful centre of attraction Hiddiba Temple , Mall Road,.. Service is Best no doubt about that...We will definitely prefer this hotel for our next visit.... Thanks Once again for Hotel Hospitality and good Ambience

It’s an old hotel... avg stay. Staff was not very responsive, although soft spoken. Furniture etc also need replacement.. the was nail protruding from the sofa.. Had a good garden and location is close to major tourist spots

I stayed at this property in mid-April during the weekend. The view was amazing, and the location is great—close to Hadimba Temple and Old Manali, though a bit far from Mall Road (but no issue). The service was excellent! Even though it was just us three girls, we felt very safe, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our bus was at 8 PM, and they had no problem letting us stay until then. The food was delicious too! Everything was perfect—thanks for giving us such a wonderful experience!

Doors of the rooms are making so much noise breakfast is very ok so I had a very average stay but I like the garden area and parking of hotel only
