Location was very nice, just 6-7 minutes walking distance from sunrise view point. Owner was very cooperative. Room was tidy. We were 4 members and there was 2 bed one king size and another single bed . This also help me for no need of extra bed.

Hotel location was near sitapur beach , u can easily find it, hole staff behaviour was very good , cleaning and interior was awesome, room service was awesome, breakfast is also so good

After spending entire day outside exploring the island, there is a need for internet facility given also the fact only BSNL sim are functional on this island. But even basic internet facility is not made available properly. This property is not worth spending 2900/night. Also it is away from Bharatpur and Laxmanpur Beaches which are main attraction points. better find place near Neil Jetty or above two beaches.

It's a new hotel proximate to sitapur beach. Rooms are good and well maintained. The flowers around the house are add on. However in the room where i stayed there the regulator was missing, so there is no other option but to run the fan with full speed. In complementary breakfast the three puri was served which is peculiar to me.

Rooms and food are great; service fell short. We had water leakage issue with AC which made it difficult to sleep as pillow was drenched. Yet we were told to adjust!! Moreover, everything had to be reminded for basic things like water, Wi-Fi not working (it never worked till the end).

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Very quiet surroundings and very good service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The overall hospitality was great. The hotel is at walking distance to sitapur beach sunrise point which was an added benefit.
