HOTEL HIGHWAY INN

Pros: 1. Hot water (for drinking and bathing) available all the time. 2. Location is fab. It's just opposite to HRTC bus stand on mall road. Everything is accessible. 3. Staff was courteous and service provided was good. Cons 1. Can smell of smoking in the lobby area (specifically when the staff showed me 2nd floor room, it felt like a smoking zone). 2. View from window was not good (may be because we opted for 1st floor).

Hotel is good to stay, location is right on the mall road. However, some improvements are required in the rooms, like phone doesn’t work and no one responds to the calls, so only way is to go and ask at reception. Service is good once you order anything but options are very limited for free breakfast kind of thing. Overall one can stay for the location if you don’t plan to spend your whole day in room.

It was a great stay at HOTEL HIGHWAY INN highway inn. The staff behaviour was very good. They were very helpful. After checking out from the HOTEL HIGHWAY INN, i kept my luggages under their custody and they kept those safe very generously. Hotel is clean and safe. The biggest advantage is the location. It is located at the heart of mall road of manali.

Hotel highway inn is situated in prime location of mananali on mall road. It's easy to walk on mall road and enjoy the crowd. Family room of the HOTEL HIGHWAY INN is spacious and nice except the location of the bathroom which is situated at the entrance of the room and without having the provisions of the exhaust fan, might be due to its location.

The HOTEL HIGHWAY INN is located exactly on the mall. Just opposite HRTC bus stand, and superb views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. Service and staff are quite good. Our washroom had some problems regarding drainage, which was promptly fixed by them. They also helped with cab and bus booking. Highly recommended.

Good and wail maintain room, very faster room service, best and perfect location near mall road and front of the manali bus stand, food quality really good, tax y and tour service is also provide by HOTEL HIGHWAY INN in very reasonable prices.

Great location. It is not even 100 metres from manali bus stand. The staff was cooperative. We reached 4 hours before time and requested them to at-least allot a room before checkin. And as soon as a room got vacated they allotted that to us. The size of the room was good and was similar to pictures.

ITS GOOD IN LOCATION AND VALUE FOR MONEY, VERY COOPERATIVE STAFF. I had booked this HOTEL HIGHWAY INN through online makemytrip. Com. The room was excellent as all the features were working properly and bathrooms were very clean and neat. The service was average.

The room was as per expectation, the location was most convenient and the service adequate.

Hotel is in very good location on mall road staff is very good 24 hr hot and cold water available heater also available for 500 inr per day food is also good overall good stay in HOTEL HIGHWAY INN highway inn my family is happy

Staff is cooperative room service and house keeping is satisfactory best mountain view on mall road. Easy to reach. Internet speed is poor that need to improve overall a good experience.
