Hotel Highway Palace

Well my experience of staying at this Hotel Highway Palace is awesome. Though the location of the Hotel Highway Palace is not so good, means i had difficulty in finding out the Hotel Highway Palace.... Then also my Hotel Highway Palace experience is excellent. My room was upto the mark, i.e., it had all the amenities or better i should say facilities of what a good Hotel Highway Palace room should possess. The facilities, cleanliness part was very good. Hotel services was also of very good quality. They themselves took the responsibility to book cabs for where i had to go. This Hotel Highway Palace also provides a great place for arranging conferences, meetings, parties, etc... Or any other activities. The surrounding environment of this Hotel Highway Palace is also nice with greenery all around and a nice atmosphere of silence, peace and calmness.... Besides all this, the Hotel Highway Palace also has a high-quality restaurant inside it...... With all this, I think that this Hotel Highway Palace is a perfect one to stay and one could definitely spend a memorable time here... Trust me.... That's all. Thank you

Hotel Highway Palace is a very nice Hotel Highway Palace in this rate, location of the Hotel Highway Palace is beautiful ie, peaceful place without any disturb at night. Staff of the Hotel Highway Palace are very gentle and helpful, food of the restaurant is good and affordable. Only disadvantage is entrance which is very dirty due to truck stand close to the Hotel Highway Palace, secondly, unavailable of auto, taxi etc. But owner of the Hotel Highway Palace is a very helpful and gentle person, he helps to manage auto, taxi whenever possible, overall Hotel Highway Palace is good.

Good Hotel Highway Palace to stay for couple of days. Staff are friendly in nature and well behaved. Almost close to airport and the city. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Food quality is also good and you can expect to get the order within 15-20 minutes. The only drawback is it's position (though it is situated just at the side of national highway) as it is situated just behind a truck terminal. So in rainy days it's a bit difficult to reach the Hotel Highway Palace by foot. But at the end what I can say that it's a good Hotel Highway Palace.

The Hotel is located (Lalmati) on NH37, very near to Beltola & ISBT. I stayed for 2 days, very well maintained, overall ambience is good. Value for Money. Best for those, like us, who are into transportation field or those who want touch/halt Guwahati just for a day and going to other parts of Country, Airport is little far, compared to move from other parts of Guwahati.

Hotel is very nice, but need to Provide More and Good Service to the Guest. The Hotel Highway Palace looks new is located in the middle of a dusty highway stretch at Beltola Guwahati on the way to the airport. The menu is too impressive but the staff were courteus. Breakfast was not as complimentary as thought as we still had to pay for the omelettes. Lunch is good

Good Hotel Highway Palace for family stay. Staff are also friendly and well behaved. Breakfast is good for north indian, we have not tried other type of menu, we have tried aloo paratha. The entrance of this Hotel Highway Palace is not very good due to truck parking near Hotel Highway Palace, in raining time it will be difficult to walk.

The Hotel Highway Palace is quite good considering a bad location. However there is a room for improvement- the surroundings can be made more pleasant. Kudos to the Hotel Highway Palace staff who were friendly and helpful. By the way the approach road can also improve with clear directions and ironing out all those imperfections.

Location is not good as it was surrounded by truck workshop. Ordered queen sized bed however got two single beds they combined the beds, Room is OK and bigger compare to the bathroom, No toilet soap, TV set top box was not fixed, food is OK, Breakfast is good, Staff behaviour is good. Overall OK for staying for shorter period.

The room and wash room is clean, located jus a meters from the highway. No worries about getting a cab. A good Hotel Highway Palace for such a low price. Single room are quite small but perfect for solo traveller.

Got the same room. Last time I got better facilities than this time. I didn't get the complementary breakfast and also this time slippers were not provided. The prices of the food items are really high. Yet quantity is good. Last time it was value for money as it was around 800 but this time I paid around 1400.

Hotel was good & very cooperative staff, infact I booked this Hotel Highway Palace for the first time & I was having a doubt about Hotel service & facilities but after check in at Hotel Highway Palace I was amazed & it changed my view

The room is good but the Hotel Highway Palace is located in highway those who want to stay in outskirts it's a good Hotel Highway Palace and it's mainly connecting to Shillong and major highways overall a good value for money and the Hotel Highway Palace is also good.

Good Hotel Highway Palace. For short stay ... Just near highway ... So good communication. Clean. Good staff. Whole night generator facility. Behind a truck garage yet peaceful. Look to stay again when I will came here again for business and Overall its a good place to stay

Nice Hotel Highway Palace & value for money... The only problem was location. Staff are friendly nice room food was delicious. This was second time I have stayed in the Hotel Highway Palace... Can go again... This Hotel Highway Palace is good for couples.

Food was OK and infact everything was OK. Rooms were value for money. Location is pretty bad and I would ask the owners to keep rooms more clean. Breakfast menu to be improved as breakfast being complimentary, you will find the worst breakfast and it might kill your day :).

This has been a very good Hotel Highway Palace for the price that I have paid. Will definitely use their services if I visit Guwahati next. Friendly Hotel Highway Palace staff. Clean rooms, the location is not that great as it is near the highway but else everything is good. Thanks.

The stay was good. The room was a little small considering the price and also needed some cleaning as the tiles were stained. Apart from these issues everything else including the service was good. It has been the fourth time that I had booked this Hotel Highway Palace through MakeMyTrip.

Staff are really helpful and also the Hotel Highway Palace is very clean. Food provided was nice. You can ask the staff for any help and they are ready to help you with anything. 24*7 running water is available despite of the fact that there is Water scarcity in Guwahati

Hotel is very good and room is nice, but food is not good and room service is very slow. But receptionist is very nice and cooperated, Hotel Highway Palace location is out of city, when you will stay you need Uber or ola app in your Mobile.

Service is good, some electricals needed check. Overall I give 4 out of 5. Would like to stay on my next visit
