The Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh location is very good. It's actually in the middle of the Channa Market where all your daily needs are available, metro station is also nearby. Though they have their own restaurant attached with the Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh but we found it little bit on the pricier side and chose to arrange our food outside. Now lets come to the cleanliness and room size.The room and bathroom were clean enough but the room size was not sufficient for 3 beds. It is only suitable for 2 beds. The stuffs behavior was really appreciable. The guy who were in the reception (probably the Manager)was really helpful and responsible too. He arranged our trip to Agra and kept on getting our update even after we checked out from the Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh.

Location is mid of Karol Bagh and walkable distance to the metro. The staff was cooperative and decent. Manjit Singh on reception was helpful. Rooms are small and suitable for max 2adults. I found many couples and family staying in the Hotel. Buffet breakfast had variety and they went out of the way to make by order also. Overall my stay was good and as expected. Just one suggestion to keep one iron in the Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh to press clothes in an emergency and to check the electrical connection in the room.

This property is situated near metro station. The rooms are clean, breakfast is average and the ambience of the Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh is decent. You will find the market near to your Hotel Hill Palace, Karol Bagh, everything you want is here at this price range. The manager though has a rough attitude but please don't mind. Will definitely recommend others.

Good facility, manager is supportive and even staff

The room could have been better, even though a mini fridge was there in the room, it wasn't working. Food was good, staff service and behaviour is also good.

Hotel is near metro station very convenient to travel around the city and also surrounded by variety of food outlets.

I stay as a business traveller. The property is in a prime area. The staff are polite and cooperative. The room needs to be repainted. It is a bit dirty. The rest is all good.
