Hotel Hill View

Hotel service is really bad. They do not have room ready at 3 PM even though check in time was 12 Noon. They gave me small room and said room would be ready in few hours. No one looked at by time I came back at 10:30 PM. I thought I would stay in small room. But A/C does not work and TV does not work in that room. It was 1 more hour before they could change my room. I was calling constantly at middle of night in stead of relaxing late night. It took many calls before they acted. TV worked in new room. But A/C is still a problem. There is a smell in the facility that I did not like. Definitely service and facility is not a 4 star.

Had little issues with the room & Facilities, but they were sorted out. Food Was Awesome and fish was the delicious. Non-Veg folks would love it. Centrally Located. Mosquito's in the room was alarming. When we asked the staff to fix, they have attended it. Else it is good stay!! Lastly, Thanks to Make My Trip!!! Flat 2000 Off on the booking of Rs. 4500 and total Hotel Hill View bill was down to 2500 per 2 days. Rocking deal!!!

I was really surprised with the room quality and service the Hotel Hill View provided considering the rate I paid. I booked through Makemytrip and I think it was a very good deal. Complementary breakfast was good, the location is close to infopark campus where I had to travel for my job purpose. Overall I think a very good choice if you are travelling for business!

Myself and 2 of my friends visited Kochi last week and had a great experience with Hotel Hill View services. It's a small Hotel Hill View however the facilities are awesome. However the food is available up to 10 pm and breakfast available after 7:40 am. Rest all great. Makemytrip made my travel easy and relax. Thanks to team MMT.

Though the stay was just for a night. It was totally worth it. The rooms are nice and clean. However the bathroom taps do not have water coming with force. Regardless, the toilets were clean. If you are looking for a good Hotel Hill View this is the one for you. The staff were every helpful ..

I had booked the Hotel Hill View for my relatives. For a marriage and the staff was very cooperative. I had gone there in advance and talked to them about the stay and they were very cooperative and i could setup the stay for my different relatives over phone after initially going there once.

I had a stay with my family and the location of the Hotel Hill View is in a great place. You are well-connected by the city. The staff is courteous and all in all, it's one of the best around. If you are looking for a place to stay near info park do not hassle around just come to hill view.

An average Hotel Hill View. Location is good. Rest all is average. Smelly No fridge Pathetic a room. Housekeeping average .. Will not recommend. WiFi not good. Nasic facilities average. Breakfast is OK for one day stay its OK. But not good for long term stay. Facilities can be improved

Good location. Staff is very good and helpful. Food is also good. Rooms are spacious and is value for money. I used to stay regularly here when I am in Cochin. Will recommend for regular business travellers. Receptionist is very polite and helpful all the time.

Good budget Hotel Hill View to stay. Staff were kind enough and it was the short trip I didn't consumed any food there. Rooms were near and clean. Highly recommended for short business trip and value for money.

Felt comfortable with hill view.

I had a really good stay at the Hotel Hill View the room and the toilet was clean. The people at the reception was really good and polite.

This Hotel Hill View is good with all promised amenities, good ambience, clean, good restaurant and food with good taste. Helpful, courteous staff. The beer and wine bar is below normal. The room had a noisy fan. Otherwise everything is good.

Located just near kakkanad city(perfect location), the Hotel Hill View is clean and provides you great hospitality. The staff were very helpful. The Hotel Hill View provides you almost every facilities from good rooms. The rates are fare.

It was average and nice. Some facilities like air conditioner and tv were below average. Rest it was a pretty amazing stay and I enjoyed it completely. The room we took first had an AC which was leaking water on our bed but they changed our room quickly.

It was good for one night stays not good if you want to be relaxed and a tourist. WiFi is good for nothing breakfast is OK .. Location is great and Hotel Hill View is in great location that is the only plus point.
