Hotel Hill View

Good location . But no clean, washroom is smelly, wifi is not available , 2 days faced a lot. Staffs are ok. Only one dental kit arranged. Waer only given 1 bottle and the seocnd day not arranged anything. Restaurant stafff have no idea and can't understand what we say. All over they need to improve the stay facilitues ( their bar arrangements is good)

bathroom was not clean. tiles are very old. Tiles are broken. Tv was there but no cable. i dont know what is that tv for.

When I check in the room is not cleaned then they shifted to another room unfortunately that is also not properly cleaned

hotel staff/receptionist don't like solo travellers. This is not my first bad experiance in this hotel. They are not intrested in room service.

Hillview hotel food, beverage and stay was really great. Will recommend to any people whom i know so that they can also enjoy their time as well.

Advertised as a 3 star hotel, the rooms are old and poorly maintained. The first room i got after paying 3k didn't even have a fridge. I had to have a back and forth for an hour to get a different room. Rooms are really old and worn out. The noise and loud music from the bar is clearly audible in the room till 10. 30 pm at least. Wifi was decent. But the tv and cable connection did not work. Only posivitve is the food.

Hotel quality was below average. No hot water, uncomfortable bed, un-heiginic room, no proper door lock.

It was a ok-ok. Expensive stay but not worth the value.

Neatly maintained hotel and had a sound sleep. But no proper service regarding room. Television not working.

Ac remote was not available. After complaining no response. Room service was not responding. Receptionist was little arrogant.

Overall stey, food, amenities and services were very good especially room service and front desk behavior and approach was excellent.

Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are clean and enough space inside. Price were quite high due to new year. But rest is okay

I stayed for 4 days and it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent and the staff was very polite. Hoping to see them in bear future.

Room was not that clean.faced tv and ac issues and called technician and fixed it. No bottle water supplied. Ac was old.bathroom were clean but very bad smell was coming.. Done ☑️

Excellent stay. Nearest to the city. Room services is good. The bar at terrance is extremely superb. The enjoyment was superb.

Even direct booking in hotel very low price and complementary freakfast available. But now very disappointed. Now i pay freakfast. Don't book make my trip

Paid 2700. But got a twin bed instead of king thing which was slippery whole night, couldn't sleep properly. Kept falling in between. No brush or toothpaste.
