breakfast was pathetic , not valuable for money, room cleaning is not upto the mark and towel was sticking

Very small rooms as mentioned imat booking time (210 sqft deluxe room ). There is something problem in hot water not coming in bathroom. There is no safe spot for car parking they are insist to park on road side . Breakfast and Overall experience is average ( October 2025- Diwali time)

The room had no windows, broken door locks, dirty towels and linen’s. Issues with hot water and wifi

Room and washroom are clean. Staff behaviour was also good and price are far better so good to stay.

Hotel charged too much for food. Food quality was bad. Early checkin chagres were very much high

The location of property is situated at approach road of ahmedabad highway, just a distance of approximate distance of 2km which is easily accessible. Good food is served. Amenities are also good, such as 24hrs hot & cold water supply, nice cleaning of room & toilet, tv, ac, 24x7 power supply, sufficient quantity of quality toiletries, lift, staffs are very much cooperative. There is no provision of parking in hotel and vehicles are parked on road. No driver's room is available in hotel. Afterall stay was pleasant & memorable. Thanks

First of all room information is misleading, deluxe room is mentioned as 255sqft where as actually it is below 150sqft. Wit and bed sheets are very dirty. Overall experience is very bad.

This was a good hotel, the stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean and very hygienic.

The building and furnishings are good. But service s like house keeping and toilet cleaning are terrible so i will tell cleanliness is nil in the hotel. The customer service is also very bad. They won’t allow your visitors in the hotel.

When you pay this much money you don’t except that bathroom size will be 4x5 feet you will be welcomed by buckets and mugs for taking bath room size was small towels ( one of the towels had some other hotel’s tag on it? what do they borrow towels from other hotels) and blankets were like not washed for ages no option of buffet for breakfast and only three options to eat poha bread and paratha/ poori that too after 30 minutes of order leaking ac smelling room only thing is a single person out of some ten staff was having a good behavior ( that person will open the door and take your luggage and welcome you) which is strange to see as most of people from rajasthan are well behaved and welcoming a lesson learned that better to go directly to hotel, see it, and book only if you like it. Falling in of pictures and discounts will just leave you in a painful condition and bad experience My review of hotel hill vista, udaipur if given choice rating will be in negative points

Hotel is nothing more than a budget hotel they prepare buffet breakfast only when they have more number of guests. I could only get 2 plain pratha and tea. However the food preparation is good hotel is pure veg and they didn't mention it anywhere

Value for money. Very clean rooms and staff behaviout is also good. We have enjoyed stay.

Good place to stay in with helpful staf who will help you out with your plan to satya in udaipur i would appreciate the staff of hopp inn to keep going like this

Pathetic service unfriendly staff we informed for early checkout at 5. 30 am all payment was done in the night only in the morning we were bringing down our luggage ourself - no hot water in spite of telling them we are having kids with us imaging 5 yrs old with no hot water in winters
