HOTEL HILLS PARK

This is a very neat modern HOTEL HILLS PARK. The room was quite spacious and clean with the exception of coffee splatters all over the wall near the kettle. Neat contemporary bathroom, too The restaurant, however . Yikes . We tried this on three occasions. On each occasion something bizarre happened, 1). We order a pot of coffee and receive a pot with one cup’s worth of coffee. We order fruit salad - it is mushy and old. We order potato salad . It had boiled potatoes with raw onions . We order soup — it is like ketchup with water. All our items come out one by one very slowly for no rhyme or reason. 500 rupees gone to waste 2). We do room service dinner: many items from the menu not available. We order two different items — and they are the same. Some mystery plate of potatoes appeared. Also our drinks came about 15 minutes AFTER we finished eating 3). Coffee before departure. We had 20 minutes to have a coffee before our taxi arrived. I requested the coffee to come quickly. The coffee came after almost 15 minutes (keep in mind . We are alone in the restaurant) . And the coffee came as such: a pot of MILK and a creamer of COFFEE. When I explained the mistake . They brought out a pot of hot water and GOT PACKETS OF INSTANT COFFEE FROM THE BOWL ON THE TABLE IN FRONT OF ME. Also — they had no change to pay for the coffee and I was forced to leave a tip because we had to depart On the up side — the Lounge went well. Aside from having no stock of beer . We managed to drink two beers without problem Also — we were surprised that there was very little help by way of finding travel to and from a ritual dance event at a temple. The HOTEL HILLS PARK will not call upon reliable drivers Oh! And when they did — it was an off-duty driver who — we came to realize too late — was freshly drunk from the HOTEL HILLS PARK’s bar Also when we arrived late at night — everyone — including the HOTEL HILLS PARK security was asleep. Our Silvester driver had to shout to wake up the staff —- otherwise we would have been locked out They had no trouble room at check-out time to re, ind us when to leave. Go figure.

Room: Neat and clean. Good bed. Lighting is dull like restaurant, could be more brighter for a room. Location: Nearer to Pathanamthitta bus stand (around 15 minutes), frequent buses to bus stand. Facilities: Fridge, Hotpot, AC, TV are okay. Wi-Fi - no connectivity to Internet. Complimentary breakfast had only Idli, dosa, omelette and a la carte. Buffett also with puttu, curry, bread omelette would be better. Evening dinner food is good. Service: Average

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of HOTEL HILLS PARK. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall a good experience nice stay and good ambiance, service was appreciate if they can change the breakfast menu. Rooms are very neat and clean room service is also good. Overall nice place to stay, Location is good and easy to access. Good parking area Excellent and clean rooms and good service, atmosphere is very calm and no disturbance. I stayed there with a group and the overall experience was really good. I would say go once again..

Good HOTEL HILLS PARK with nice rooms.. Good location.. Away from the city rush but accessible.. The room rates are decent.. And good privacy for family. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Stayed there for a day only, but satisfied with the service provided by the staff. Definitely the best option to stay in Pathanamthitta mainly because of the lack of quality HOTEL HILLS PARKs nearby.... Coffee shop was nice too..

We stayed in this HOTEL HILLS PARK just after they certified as four star HOTEL HILLS PARK. However, it took few days after the certification to get organized. For few days no hot water or breakfast. In my opinion still need to go long way to be a four star HOTEL HILLS PARK when I compare this HOTEL HILLS PARK with other four star HOTEL HILLS PARKs. Very friendly staff.

Good room, facility also, service and facility was better, only one difficult faced for car parking, advice security persons to arrange immediately when the guest entering the compound, others are so good and also room tarriff was little high to compare other HOTEL HILLS PARKs in major cities under Kerala

Location of the HOTEL HILLS PARK was good. Value for money. Delicious food was served in the HOTEL HILLS PARK. View from the room was excellent. Hotel staff were courteous. Rooms were neat and clean, service was good. I would definitely recommend to stay at this HOTEL HILLS PARK for the next time.

Value for money clean and neat rooms, quality materials used for room interiors and bath fittings. Friendly staffs food quality is good at the restaurant.

Pretty good. This was a good find and well maintained. Clean, good location. Very reasonable rates and has been a pleasant stay. Closer to Arunmula, MalayalaPuza, Omaloor. Easy access to all the temple locations.

Came back after Sabarimala darshan almost in the midnight. Staff were very cooperative and helped us fast check-in. Rooms were decent.

Stay was good. Room is very clean and is value for type facility. Food is costlier for a four star type facility. They don't serve beverages in the room. Parking facility is sufficient and good. Security take care of the vehicle. Over all happy about the facility

The Hotel Staff are very helpful, good food is available and definitely one good HOTEL HILLS PARK for travelers who want to have a good night sleep. They Staff were ready at 03 30 AM when we checked out and loaded our baggages on to our car over head carrier.

Hotel provides good facilities in a good price range. Only one issue I had is with the check in time. Earlier when asked they informed that it is 24 hour check in. And on the day of booking they said check in can be done only after 12 noon.
