Booking system needs to be revamped fully. There is a fault in booking method by which it automatically captures the dates for stay which are favorable to mmt. The cell of date selection should not be p refilled. I entered all details for my booking of 25. 6. 23. Then it flashed the message for error. I rectified the errors. However, automatically captured the date of 27 june. This is highly ridiculous and appears to be deceiving the customer solely to boost your illegitimate revenues. On representation after constant follow up, your company carried out rectification process. But a company of your goodwill should not resort to such unfair practices.

During my recent visit to Hotel Hilltone hilltone, i was immersed in a world of unparalleled comfort and sophistication. We entered in. Property to look from outside was good. We got room no 117 on ground floor. There was continuous sound coming from decor light. We informed manager who changed the bulb but the sound persisted and den i couldn't sleep at afternoon. In evening i informed the manager that please resolve the problem. I went out for 3 hrs and when i came back it was not resolved. I lost my temper and den i told dem to change my room. They changed the room to upgareded room but next day again i was shifted to same grade room so for same problem i had to change 3 rooms in 2 days. Apart from this property is good but not worth the price.

Right from the reception to the departure it was awesome. Very very helpful staff. The start at the reception itself was great. The room was ready white spotless linen and a absolutely clean room. The room was very spacious the house keeping staff was very helpful and ensured that the chairs and the table in the balcony were kept dry owing to the rain. The food was provided hot and fresh. Very tasty and value for money. The spaciolawns and trees outside are a great place to sit. It was a great stay. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the hospitality of the Hotel Hilltone hilltone, mount abu recently. The Hotel Hilltone is located within walking distance to busstand, bazar, nakki lake, etc. The rooms are spic and span and well maintained. The staff from top to bottom were very courteous and ever helpful which made us feel special. The service, variety and taste of food at the in-house mulberry tree restaurant was top-class. The evening entertainment program by the local artists was superb. Date of stay: march 2024

Hotel is very good for staying. Hotel staff are very nice. Housekeeping services was on time. If you're late woke up then you can called them for late house keeping service. Hotel is very near by main location so it is very easy and convenient and comfortable to get jeep, buses, car and two wheeler for sightseeing. We have chosen room with breakfast. So talking about the breakfast, the breakfast is very tasty and delicious and healthy too and every day there are new varieties.

I randomly looked at this property while booking a stay in mount abu. I booked this property as i read several reviews and find none of them bad. And how right i was to book this property, such an excellent property with unexceptional service. Can't name any single staff, everyone from the reception to the house keeping to the restaurant staff were so helpful and took utmost care of each and every thing we wanted. Best stay ever. Highly recommended.

It was a short family trip to mt. Abu and we booked this place with many confusions but once we checked in we were happy with our decision. Everyone at the Hotel Hilltone, starting from the security guard, reception people and bell boy, all were excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious, our room boy was wonderful, kudos to him. The restaurant team is amazing but there is a scope of improvement in food quality. We will definitely visit them soon

Location, ambience, food n services were. Only since room no. 208 was recently renovated the pressure n flow of water was not soft so whole platform n floor was wet which i would suggest should be kept in mind for futureexcellent

The room is quite small as per price. So small. Not even balcony. But breakfast is delicious.

Beautiful property with great amenities and good food! the staff was also helpful. For entertainment purposes they org-anise folk music every night.
