Services are good, rooms are also cozy, but they have very few rooms which have good views. Also they have a terrace view which is also good. If someone opt to stay here look for family suites which is on the top with balcony. No other rooms (deluxe and super deluxe) have balcony. This is not mentioned while booking rooms as in pictures, all rooms are shown with balcony Even-though we booked super delux room with valley view but we got side building view which was not good.

Overall i would like to say this is what we all call a family Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace everything in this Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace was according to the needs of every type of family staying there. The only thing i didn't like was the food which was average. Rest assured i would like to say thanks to the owner and the staff for acting like a complete team. Nice stay very highly recommended for families!

It was a good stay at Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace hill top. I booked a family room with balcony but they didn't provide me balcony room and was told that it was booked earlier. Even though room was good. Staff was good and service was quick. Near to mall road is a big plus for this Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace

Hotel room was large, water availability was fine but tv was not working. Terrace & the pug was very beautiful. Owner & staff behaviour was also good & cooperative. Food is moderate and little bit over priced, i think. Car parking area is not adequate as because of construction nearby. Also, very near from manali meal rd.

This was a wonderful experience to be here. The rooms were spacious, very cordial and courteous staff. Food was excellent. The location is good as walking distance to mallroad and food joints!
