Room was good, very spacious, warm water was available 24hrs, mall road is very near, Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace staff also good I called for tea 3 times a out of which I was attended for 2 times, probably they would be busy that would be the reason they didn't picked the call for one time. I asked for a taxi for snow point manikaran and local side scene but the attender was not aware about this afterwards I found a better sharing option on mall road. Overall a good stay.

We stayed there for 5 days and it was a comfortable stay. Initially it took us some time to locate the Hotel Hilltop At Mall Road With Open Terrace but then it was easy. Food was homely and delicious but quantity was bit less. Staff was very cooperative. Overall the stay was good and at reasonable price.

Room service was satisfactory. Try to eat from outside. Food was not that bad but, we had better and more opt ions in other restaurants. Location is good, The view from our room was nice. Staff members were cooperative and polite.

The property located at heart of the city near mall road and it has great view in the first floor and a big open space with moutain view at city centre at affordable rate is something great and the people are nice too.
