There was no electricity and is going every now and then. Bathroom was not clean where I could see some lotion spayed dor cleaning. Towel placed was having stains like turmeric and hotel ppl sayi g it was me who stained it . Toilet mats where not placed properly. I had to checkout the stay early as the electricity was going every 15 - 20 mints

It was a nice stay. clean and tidy room. Room service was good. The complementary breakfast we had was excellent. The ambience of the restaurant outside was very pleasant.

It’s was a pleasant stay at this hotel,we find this through make my trip application.their behaviour was soo good

The mini fridge was not working, and i found lizards in the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and they charged an extra 500 at the property, claiming that twin-bed rooms take longer to clean, so i would have to wait to get one. To avoid the wait, i paid the extra 500 for a deluxe room, but the bed was still very uncomfortable. It feels like the management is just trying to steal money from guests.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and meets the standards of a 4-star property. However, the room size did not justify the high price. The main issue, though, was with the restaurant. It was located outside and was shared with the public, making it very crowded and resulting in long waiting times. I believe the hotel should consider providing a separate restaurant for guests to improve the experience. Additionally, we were unable to have dinner as we arrived at 9:30 pm, but were not informed that the kitchen would stop taking orders at 9:45 pm. It would have been helpful if the staff had communicated this in advance.

Worst experience we had in our entire life. Especially the gm is so arrogant and rude to the customers. I booked deluxe room twin sharing, and at the time of check in, i realised that accidentally i have booked deluxe room twin sharing which has 2 single beds instead i should have booked deluxe room with double bed. The gm asked me to pay additional rs. 1000 to upgrade my booking to double bed considering both room types are of same category and has exactly same tariff. Still Mr. was so adamant that it is an upgrade considering the room size is exactly same and even the furnishing is also same. Ethically it was not right on paying additional rs. 1000 for the same room category instead hotel staff should have simply moved us to deluxe double bed room with no extra charge. Then at the time of breakfast as well, we learn t that there is a limit of rs. 150 per person and this was also not mentioned in the booking or on the invoice. This was just hand written by mr. on the breakfast coupon. Mr. didn’t want to loose any single opportunity to make some extra bucks. His reasoning is also so amazing, he was saying that every hotel with complementary al carte breakfast has such limit and it is absolutely fine to not mention it anywhere on the invoice. Would not recommend staying in this hotel at all.

The hotel is ideally located close to mc road near nilamel. The rooms are neat. Bath room is neatly kept. There was electricity failure for some time in the hotel but no generator seems to be there. Counter staff was very polite and helpfull. Overall a good experience

Hotel hill-way park is perfectly located near to jatayu earth center. It's a nice property, well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here for one night. Thank you make-my trip for doing the booking.

Location is on road which is easily accessible. Food and services were good. And the hotel had all the amenities and in really good condition. Would recommend it as well.

Staff is disciplined the food was good also the rooms were extremely well kept and hygienic.

Stay was ok. Since it's on the highway, there was sound of ambulance siron which is a disturbance at night. Otherwise ok. No discount was given to me for my previous stays. The same thing was the response from your side when i stayed at konni in kerala. But for the previous booking no discount was given
