The hotel location is nice. All the places are either a short walk or few minutes ride.The rooms were clean , both check in and checkout was smooth. Food from in-house restaurants was good and as per customisation. We love to come back for our next stay here

If we can below this rating - To negative one. i had booked for parents but as they know its paid they did not want there trip to get disturb. it was my dad birthday on date of arrival. there was no towels, drinking water, hand soap or any kind of toiletries even after asking and complaining 2 times they said they will bring but ignore the request, rude behaviour of staff, absolute bad location next to main drain, stinking rooms and leaking flush. they only stayed to sleep in night
