Hotel Himalayan Retreat

The bedsheet and sofa were stained but since we only spent the night in the Hotel Himalayan Retreat and were mostly outside didn’t mind them as much, bathroom was spotless. Room was very spacious. The balcony was an added bonus to enjoy the mountain breeze. The staff are very polite. The location of the Hotel Himalayan Retreat is fantastic, right next to Bhanu Bhavan, 5 minutes walk from the Mall. However, if you have problems with walking, the Hotel Himalayan Retreat is at the end of a steep decline road from Bhanu Bhavan. Overall, slight cleanliness issues apart, Good Hotel Himalayan Retreat to stay at👍

The property was a nice one with large room and have basic amenities. The balcony view was excellent with sunlight during the early morning giving us a warm feeling. Specially to mention about the service provided by mr khurshid. He is so proactive that you just call him and he will be right at the door to serve you and goes the extra mile too. There was sime initial hiccups as water wasn't coming to our room and we had to use other washroom in unhygienic way as the rooms were dirty. Variety of breakfast is very limited.

1 location was good 2 Hotel Himalayan Retreat staff known doubtly very very good 3 which state tonight's and the breakfast was buffet that experience was also very good 4 the view from our room and balcony was mesmerizing 5 they provide for blanket which is very useful for a top floor room Keep this in mind :- we get a view room but it is opposite to the Kanchenjunga but you can enjoy sunset very well

I felt very welcoming environment. Room was well maintained and clean. Food was delicious we had ordered roti and alu peas. Service was quick and good. It is near chourasta, mahakal baba dham, and church. You will not be disappointed if you are a foodie as you will get many delicious restaurant on the way to Hotel Himalayan Retreat.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Came without any expectation or experience and it was a fine experience. The hot bag provided was such a game changer. Really nice behaviour of the staff, specially manager who is always smiling.

Excellent stay attic room was awesome with the city view, staff was excellent specially I would like to thank Halim who was the staff at the Hotel Himalayan Retreat he made me feel like it was a second home for me.

Good attitude and behavior of staffs, well maintained rooms, good location, amenities quite ok, had a nice stay.

Overall good experience. The staffs of the Hotel Himalayan Retreat are very friendly. The room we stayed in was very cozy.
