Rooms were good, but wash room was not at all ok, water was getting clogged and not at all maintained. Food was ok

recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and spotless bathrooms. What really stood out was the outstanding room service — prompt, courteous, and very attentive to every request.

Hi I had a pleasant stay at this property. Location was good. Service was excellent. Room was clean. Washroom was neet and tidy. Really loved staying there. Food was awesome. Even service at restaurant was excellent. I would recommend anyone who is travelliing to Jamnagar.

The hotel is good but the difference in internal space between the two categories feel a huge. Had been staying here for a while now and the staff is really good polite humble food is amazing rooms are clean perfect neat everything is organised properly.

Well the staff was very helping but the room AC was not working. As it was already hot plus we even tried changing the temperature but still the room was not chilled enough and it felt like the AC is broken.

I was staying a day. The room is good, the washroom is good, the service is good and the breakfast is delicious.

Very clean and the service of that hotel is also very good and the food there is also very good.

Overall Stay was good but some observation Need more ventilation in smoking room. Food quality was good but Veg and Non Veg cooking should separate.

Close to shopping area and airport. Attached restaurant is very comfortable. There is some construction in progress and hope that gets complex soon.

The hotel is good. Food also was good. Maintenance not so good. The shower mixer does not mix hot and cold water. At any setting it gave very hot water. It was difficult to take bath daily.

The staff is overly rude and the check in was slow. They kept saying local id not allowed even though i've stayed there previously. I was traveling alone and was staying alone yet they kept asking questions like why you wanna stay here, etc. Such unprofessional behaviour is highly unacceptable. I adjusted because i'm staying only for a day.

Overall it was a good stay. Hotel was clean and hygienic. The breakfast menu spread was decent. Rooms are small.

Overall stay with was good, spacious rooms, but shower was not proper. No control on hot water flow. Provides only 1 bottle of water as complimentary. And regarding wow customer experience, they need to work more

The hotel is situated in the city on the way and having good approach, the hotel is very clean, the food of the hotel is very good, having all basic amenities with friendly and cooperative staff. In future i also suggest to stay in this hotel.
