The amenities like towel, shampoo, water bottle, etc were missing. I got the last remaining soap from them. Sheets were not clean. Room and bathroom were clean. Location is very near to the Gurudwara.

Bedsheets not changed. Too much noisy. Some guests banged on door late night. This was not a good experience, hard to find out the hotel as well.

The room was good and so was everything related to the hotel and its services. The proximity to the golden temple is a plus. The lanes leading to the hotel is narrow, so cars can't reach during rush hours, you need to take a battery rickshaw.

The hotel is average. I took two rooms. Both rooms have cockroaches. in one room, the running tap in bathroom disturbed the whole night.

Dirty rooms the room i stayed in was bad smell, with stained bedsheet and dirty blanket. I haven't pics

Room was good, toilet seat working not properly, all over good experience, i have find all food facilities near walking distance

Bathroom fittings are not good, rooms should be more spacious, water cooler should be there rest all ok

No complimentary water bottle provided, mini fridge was not working, ac was tripping frequently, bedsheets were a bit unhygienic, located in narrow street

Very close to golden temple. Walking distance. Small room. Perfect for a solo traveller. For a family, would suggest to ask for bigger room. They helped me with early check in which was very kind of them, but wifi not functional. Also, no drinking water in the rooms, have to buy bottled water from them which is sad.

Room interior is ordinary, not luxury. No complementary like 1 water bottle in room on welcome. You need to pay separately from booking amount. Food facility is not available.

The hotel was really good and ambience was also good! the helpers were available all the time irrespective of the time. Also tv, ac, lights and everything was perfectly working! great stay!

Poor hygiene. Bathroom was not clean. Unprofessional staff. We were given room which was not cleaned after previous booking. Badsheets we’re not changed.

We had two rooms booked, both were not cleaned for months. I have prebooked breakfast and paid in advance. But to my surprise, there is no own kitchen. They should get it from out side and give to you. Although they haven, t give breakfast on first day, they have collected full money. Never recommend to stay here.

Very bad experience. There is so dirty room and bad behaviour of boy, there was no any professional behaviour. He has clearly said we can't do anything.

This hotel is closer to golden temple and the staff is friendly. Had a nice memory there. Thank you to the whole team.

The room was terrible not even proper clean bedsheet. There were hair everywhere especially on the mirror side
