Hotel HKJ Residency

Tea was awesome. Room, air conditioner, water, bed overall were good. Just a issue with receptionist while checking out. The guy at reception was bit arrogant and rude. Rest of all staff was awesome and soft spoken.
Overall room and staff are good. Just one issue with the person available at reception while checking out is bit arrogant. I requested him to give us extra 30 minutes to check out and order tea at 11:30 and he was like you supposed to check out and why are you ordering now. It was bit unprofessional and stupid question as you are in customer service business. Overall staff, ball boy and room service is awesome.

This was awesome experience The temple is built around a man-made pool ( sarovar that was completed by Guru Ram Das in 1577. The rooms were neat, clean and spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. The room service provided was also good. The Hotel HKJ Residency is less than 5 minutes from Golden Temple. We were looking to upgrade a room/book a separate room at the last moment - the manager provided with a separate room at moderate cost even at the last minute. The only concern is the Hotel HKJ Residency is situated in a place where there is bit of congestion due to narrow roads.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Service is very good and well welcoming staff. My stay in this Hotel HKJ Residency is excellent specially their room service is so good. The check in time is very fast it take me only 5 min and room is very clean and nice. Everything is well maintained and comfortable. The only little thing is the hot water is hot. Overall everything is nice specially staff.

Excellent location since my concern was The Golden temple, food quality is just good, Service was somewhat OK.
It is close to Golden temple, television connection works for one hour after that got disconnected, when noticed them, they told it will be done by one hour but no one turned up, I did not follow up since my schedule was very busy I was supposed to stay only for 23 hours.

My family and I stayed here for a day, the rooms and bathrooms were really good and cleaned. Also the service was pretty nice and the staff was courteous. Every facility was there and you can reach darbar sahib within 2 minute walking distance. Moreover market was nearby and we can take auto/rickshaw from the main road which was also on 2 minute walking distance.

It's 2 minutes walking distance from Golden temple. Market is all over here and there. Food is good. Dhabas are little bit far away from the Hotel HKJ Residency. Narrow roads but vehicles going more or less easily. Room service is good. Lift is there too.

My stay in this Hotel HKJ Residency is excellent specially their room service is so good. The check in time is very fast it take me only 5 min and room is very clean and nice. Everything is well maintained and comfortable. The only little thing is the hot water is hot. Overall everything is nice specially staff.

Good Hotel HKJ Residency. Near to Golden temple.

It was great for me, its near location at Golden Temple. But there is a problem for non-veg eater. Non veg can arrange from outside. Hotel staff is very good. We book two room, they give us extra hour after check out for re freshness. I must go there again If I visit Amritsar.

Had a beautiful stay, nice location near Golden temple. But lane are very narrow. Can't comment on food, as they didn't had kitchen. Service was very good.

It was a nice, small and cosy room. Good for anybody visiting the Golden temple. The room is clean, and so is the bathroom. The bathroom has no toiletries, so carry your own things. The Hotel HKJ Residency is in the old streets of Amritsar, but the location on the map is correct, and hence easily locatable.
