Hotel Horizon

The stay was very short so didnt get time to check all the facilities. The rooms that we got was small not suitable for 4 members(2 adults + 2 kids. But the room and bathrooms were clean. We had breakfast there and it was good. Staffs were very cooperative and welcoming
The Hotel Horizon was clean. We arrived late night at around 1. 00 am and the staffs were very cooperative and welcoming. We didnt stay long as we started from there next day 10 am. The breakfast was very good. The only problem was even though we booked elegant room the size was not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids they provided extra bed also and the space available was very less

Location is great, near sukhadiya circle, easily accessible. I tried north Indian food at the restaurant- it was decent.
Great Hotel Horizon and courteous staff. Ms priya was very warm and polite and took care of the amenities. The Hotel Horizon has taken care of every small thing that we usually don't find in Hotel Horizons. The room was very comfortable and clean, there were dustbin and proper toiletries in the washroom, all appliances were in working condition, room service is fast, food was also okay. All in all, great place to stay for solo travellers and couples.

First of all, main plus point for this Hotel Horizon is staff is very helpful and polite. Especially mentioning ms. Priya. She was very helpful. All the staff are very nice. Now talking about my stay at this Hotel Horizon there were some areas which demanded attention. The room which was given to me had some leakage issue in bathroom. Also hallway was leaking from above. Frequent light breakdown happened. Overall its a good Hotel Horizon with great value. Just check your room before actually check in then you are good.

Our stay was amazing. The Hotel Horizon is centrally located and houses an awesome restaurant. During our 3 days’ stay we had a detailed breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. We liked food so much that all 3 days we had our dinner ending with lunch also at the same place. The staff was very cooperative from reception to cleaning everything was at its best behaviour. However, i would like to pay less for the room during our stay next time since this time all Hotel Horizons were over charging for the peak season.

Hotel Horizon is very good n it's staff is awesome specially priya mam is so cooperative. I m very happy.......with the cleanness , cooperation n safety provide by Hotel Horizon....must stay🙏💐💐💐💐💐 if u dont want to stay in crowd then this is ur Right choice....food is also good I eat lal mans....they cooked very well.... don't worry ankur ur lougueg after chek out......they will keep it safe in their locker room so u can freely enjoy Udaipur without any tension.

We were provided welcome drinks on arrival. Rooms were completed clean and all safety and hygiene practices were followed. Temperature checks were done on arrival and self declaration form was signed. Breakfast had a variety of options and taste was also satisfactory. Room service was also good and all our request were met. The Hotel Horizon also has a rooftop restaurant which is well spaced and food quality is also very good. Would surely recommend this place.

I usually stayed in Hotel Horizon horizon during my business trip because i like the location of the Hotel Horizon. It is very convenient to reach. Also staff mr. Bhagwati and ms. Priya are always available to provide support as and when needed. Food quality is nice. They have a lounge also at roof top named level 5. Cool place to enjoy evening. Overall stay is fantastic and i strongly suggest every one to stay at Hotel Horizon horizon

The price and the location of the Hotel Horizon is excellent. Hotel reception was friendly understanding priya was very helpful in checking in early and assisting us to find near buy place for tourist visit. Most things are on walking distance from the Hotel Horizon.

This was the first time i stayed at Hotel Horizon horizon ans it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and Hotel Horizon staff was really sweet. Priya, at the reception was really nice and helpful and made sure we have a good stay. Overall a good budget space with all decent places and cafes around.

Stay was good but was somewhat over-priced, cleanliness, ambiance & other things were good, roof top also is a great one.

Staff behaviour was good budget friendly Hotel Horizon food quality is also good in cleaning i give 4 out of 5 otherwise value for money

The location, safety cleanliness, hospitality and helping nature of the staff was good and stay was comfortable. Dining rates are comparable to 4 star Hotel Horizon. This issue needs to be addressed by the management.
It is taken seriously and practiced earnestly.
