Everything was ok,but there is a big difference between the size of rooms shown in the app & rooms in reality,also lack of facilities specially no bathtub was there.

I booked 2 rooms , the rooms stinked with smoking smell , AC was set at 20 with no remote , no ventilation in room or bathroom , flush didn't work in both rooms

AND YOU NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING ELSE AS FAR AS I REMEMBER . AND THE AC. REMOTES WERE THERE IN ROOM ONLY. BUT I AM AGAIN SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE HAPPENED TO YOU . Location seems like the best to visit all the main places of gwalior. Everything is in max 5km vicinity of the hotel location. Service was good. Food (dinner) was little oily but good. Breakfast was also good. Had a good time there.
