Hotel Horn Bill

The Hotel Horn Bill is at a good location. The service staff could be better. The breakfast was cold and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to serve things warm. Though the Hotel Horn Bill staff turned out to be good when we had an altercation with a driver and they helped us get our money back and asked us to call in case we have any problem while staying in Guwahati. The bathroom could have been better.

It is good to stay here. Food could improve. Service is good. And also service may increase for more. Satisfaction. Overall is good. This Hotel Horn Bill is good. But food is not good. Cleanes need to iprove. THIS HOTEL situated in good location from this location we can get all communication to all over asam. So this Hotel Horn Bill is something different of other due is location

AC could have been better. The Indian cuisine Hotel Horn Bill food not that good. Rooms are spacious. Location is good. The is a mini bar within the Hotel Horn Bill. The staff were really very good. Overall, nice place value for money and free breakfast when you book with mmp.

Location of Hotel Horn Bill excellent because it is situated near railway zone. Located near city. 40 minutes time required to travel to airport. But rooms are required to be more furnished & needs to be maintained. Because it seems to be a older building. But overall good.

Clean and tidy Hotel Horn Bill premises, Rooms are not too spacious but sufficient to enjoy with friends. Managers and staff are highly professional and cordial. Food quality are good and hygienic. The best part, Large banquet hall to celebrate with my gang of friends.

Experience wise it's a superb, location wise also good, service is so, all together it's awesome. I want to suggest everyone stay once in Hotel Hornell, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, it's a 100% paysa owsul. From this Hotel one can visit everywhere in Ghy.

Very nice and exelent service

The ambience of the Hotel Horn Bill is at par excellence. Staff members are very nice and courteous. Quality of food is excellent. Condition of reading light at room needs more illumination.

Reception was good. Bathroom was stinking.Not enogh lighting provided. Rest is ok.

Hotel is good but the Room they allotted to me was Flooder with water and the mat was totally wet. The 3rd Bed was put on soggy mat in too cold condition. The service found good.

It's a nice Hotel located in Paltan bazaar.

Some facilities are missing. No Wi-Fi available. Rest is OK. Breakfast quality was good enough. Staff were not enough. Staff behavior was good. Intercomm was missing. Location is also at right place for me.

Hotel staff is polite and service is excellent as per need.

Hotel is at very good location but some things should be improved like telephone in room, daily room and toilet cleaning services, proper lift working, complementary breakfast system improvement etc.

Average. They have facility to improve. Food costly. Maintenance staff are good in behaviour. They try to solve problem. Breakfast quality is o. K, but tea was ready made. As far as service & reception I have no complain.
