The food was very good. The staff was very good. Property was clean, esp rooms are clean and well maintained. Only wish the room size should have been bigger. Though 15 minutes drive from har ki Pauri and Haridwar temples. A good option in comparison to Hotel Hyphen Grands around the railway station. Next to pentagon mall, so good option for leisure.
Very good at social distancing. Sanitization is done daily. The dining area sanitized daily. I witnessed the same. Food quality at lunch and dinner good. Breakfast is good, largely in India as it's situated in Haridwar. Rooms cleaned and sanitized daily. Staff wears gloves, masks. The temperature of all guests checked. Lifts etc buttons pressed via toothpicks. They need Covid 19 negative report.

My experience in my first Hotel Hyphen Grand stay was very good. The amenities were very good. Neat and clean rooms, having a wide space in the room. The one thing which can be better the television installed in rooms are very small and ac was making noise which should be taken care of by their house keeping staff. The price was very reasonable. Food quality was very good and staff behavior was very good. Overall a good experience. I will recommend it for the people who wish to stay in a good Hotel Hyphen Grand in a reasonable price.

This is located in industrial area which is neat and clean with not so congested roads. If you are a tourist and can drive to hear ki pauri then it is good because it is 20 min away but drive is good. Next to a mall with mcdonalds etc. Not super luxurious but much clean than typical haridwar Hotel Hyphen Grands near tourist area. It is a business Hotel Hyphen Grand so good hygiene

It ia an amazing property for stay in sidcul area. You will enjoy alot here. You can see the hills from your window. Food quality is very good. If you are single you can ask for veg thali. This thali is enough for a single person. All others dishes are also good. I loved this Hotel Hyphen Grand and restaurant manager. He is very helpful person.

In covid pandemic this Hotel Hyphen Grand maintains an world class hyigene & safety standard with frequent sanitization in all movement places e. G. Reception, lift, corridor, room, toilet, restaurant so that guests are safe in all respect. Food serves in restaurant & room are totally safe & hyigenic.

All the staff was good in behavior and properly following all the rules and taking precautions required for corona. Food was good and tasty. Rooms were clean and all the property was clean, only one suggestion i like to add is please provide room sleepers and also doormats outside washroom is needed.

It was a nice pleasant trip of two days in which Hotel Hyphen Grand provides very clean room and the best quality food with sufficient quantity. Staff behavior also very polite. I feel overall all facilities with affordable price.

It’s purely for business people stay, for whom the closest distance is discus area and has free access to mall underneath

Stay was good. Just bathroom are quite small. I compared with deluxe and executive rooms. Rest Hotel Hyphen Grand is ok specially, if you travel for business work.
