Homely and comfortable stay. Room is well maintained. Amenities and services is worth for money. Location is very good, specially for those who visits AIG.

Location is good . Maintenance very poor not a confortable stay as the furniture are very old . Require immediate renovation

Location was good, that's the only positive part. Rooms were decent, old furniture, but maintainance is bad. Lot of cockroaches, complained and changed the room twice. No hot water facility, food was just average. Staff were not polite.

very poor cleanliness... poor service... not even provide water , tv not working, telephone not working..but they charging price of a premium hotel...

Waste of money, ac not working toilet water flash is not working, they Re providing one half litter water only if we ask extra means they are denying

Good staff, great service. Amenities to be placed before the guest arrives. But when i requited in the evening, they did oblige. Otherwise all good.

You can stay in ik london hotel if you want stay in hyderabad center area and near many shopping malls also there

It was an average hotel, but i would say not worth of the price that i paid. Only convienent for me was the aig hospital. Rest they only gave 1hour of extra time for checkout although i asked for 2hours extra, though we waited at the lounge.

Lodge type accomodation. No kitchen. They don't even provide water bottle in room. Too small room to accommodate

At i k london hotel is good but service is bad. I have asked them to provide plates for having food. They 1hour to provide. This is my feedback

The hotel is excellent location wise as it is merely 250 m away from Irrum Manzil metro station but that’s all about the good part. The rooms are stinky, old and different than what pictures showed us. In the name of free complimentary breakfast, we were given 2 idlis, 2 puri and sabzi in our room, whereas we expected a proper breakfast buffet as it is in other hotels. There was no cleaning done or water bottles provided at the beginning of a new day(We stayed there for 3 days).Now comes the most horrible experience - The checkout. The checkout time is 12 pm IST, but there was no reminder given to us prior to that and when we checked out at 12:45 pm we were told that our day 3 has begun and we need to pay the full amount for it. When we refused to pay, we were threatened and abused by the receptionist. We had an argument for over 15 minutes after which we had to pay ₹1,000 as penalty for checking out late by 45 minutes. I have never experienced such a rude receptionist in my hotel stays experiences till date. Please feel free to never book a room here if travelling with your partner or family🙂. We book hotel for two days from 22/1/24 to 24/1/24 but we check in 23/1/24 12:00 am instead of 22/1/24 12: 00am is it possible to stay upto 25/1/24 please give reply whom we contact or which number

We were staying for a day, to explore the city and visit places that are tourist attraction like charminar, ramoji etc
