Hotel I.P. Palace

I stayed for 2 days (24 & 25 April 2023) in budget room. Room Number 111. I was trying to book a room online and came across so many negative reviews on different platforms. But I booked for only one day for the safer side. it was for ₹.after visiting the Hotel I.P. Palace and room I was impressed because it was clean and nice. so don't listen to those negative reviews. The handle of the bathroom door was a little bit broken, the window was not opening properly.but for me it was not a major issue. If you are not a perfectionist then you can consider this property.

I came with my family for a 3 day stay. First of all the Hotel I.P. Palace is nearby the railway station, hence convenient to catch the train anytime. When we entered the Hotel I.P. Palace, the team immediately provided all necessary requirements. Further food was good, also in nearby restaurants good food is available. The best usp of this Hotel I.P. Palace is the location.

The Hotel is good and value for money. I choose budget room for my stay for a night and it was really good. Hotel was neat and clean. Food are good in taste. Tv was not working may be due to some technical error. Sanitization process was satisfactory. The only bad thing I noticed was telephone inside room. It was really dirty. Rest the Hotel is good for stay.

Hotel is 5 mins from LKO railway station. Nice, clean and modern Hotel I.P. Palace with all facilities a Hotel I.P. Palace should have, and at an affordable rate. Only not so good thing was, we had to call and remind the staff multiple times whenever we needed something (like hot drinking water, food etc) Overall, value for money.

Hotel is near by to the main railway station and very near to metro station and much easier way to reach airport. Room was clean and the sheets were clean as well to my surprise. Price is bit higher side though, but worth the stay as i was there only for a night. Food is ok. Staff are courteous and helping. Over all good stay.

Hotel location is close to the charbagh railway station. You are able to reach your destination faster and more easily. The food was delicious. Hotel doesn't provide complete toiletries so arrange your own before u go. The staff were friendly, courteous. Hotel dont have iron or iron board.

Everything was good, staff is well trained overall, hygiene and clean Hotel I.P. Palace attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds. But we managed

"Ambience, service, staff behaviour, room, everything was best.."👌 The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Hotel I.P. Palace for anyone visiting lucknow.

I haven’t visited such Hotel I.P. Palaces from a longtime food was great in a cheaper price staff were friendly and food was so tasty that you can’t have such foods in the whole lucknow

It was good, due to other party function nearby hall made noise up to midnight. I was not order of any food items

Location is perfect i was stay many times food quality and taste are good and staff is co-operative.

It was all good except the promised us a room at 8 30 o clock but we got a degraded room at 12 30 o clock

It was a pleasant stay, clean room and washroom, ac and tv working properly, good for family, location near to railway station

As per the price, quality of stay was comfortable. Location was good, walking distance from the railway station. All modes of transportations available nearby. Low cost food is also available nearby. Staff was polite & cooperative.
