Hotel ILark

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Check-in took a little time, but the porter quickly brought my luggage to the room, so I was able to relax right away. All the appliances and bathroom facilities worked perfectly, and the hot shower had smooth temperature and water pressure control. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Although the selection was not very large, everything tasted delicious. I especially liked that they offered three types of chai—without sugar, less sugar, and regular. The staff were attentive and made the experience comfortable. When going out, the front desk staff kindly helped arrange a rickshaw for me. Overall, the staff’s hospitality left a strong impression. I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay.

There was no hot water coming in the tap, after several requests to check the supply they didn't and finally their attendant came with bucket of hot water. How can someone take bath with putting bucket in the bathtub? rest everything was very good. But i am unhappy just because if someone doesn't understand the problem properly.

Room are quite dirty & even washrooms are not good, overall not a good experienc they need a makeover very quickly

Location of property is really good. It is just 500m from main market. Breakfast was good with decent spread. Room was spacious and clean.

We had terrible experience in this hotel. There was no cleanliness in the room. They charged a heavy amount. Washroom was so suffocated. Most important thing food which made us sick. We suffered from food poisoning. They did not even had medicines. We got problems whole night and in the morning we had to go to hospital. Our further whole trip was ruined because of them. We complaint about their food but they gave some false excuse that food is fresh. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
