Hotel is at a good location. Has all the mentioned amenities. But the male receptionist that was working when we arrived was very rude. When I asked him about the offline rates of the rooms that we stayed, in order to extend our stay for another day, he responded saying may we discuss this tomorrow and said please wait in the most unwelcome tone while giving us no update about when our rooms will be ready. There was another female manager named Keerthi, she was great, polite and patient as a host should be! So if you ever plan on staying here ask for Keerthi, Manager I guess.

The experience was excellent. The hosts are very friendly. We even tried the complimentary breakfast which was great. All the food items in the breakfast menu are tasty. The HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND can try to include additional items in the breakfast menu. We even tried the in house dining experience. The dinner we ordered tasted excellent. The service was awesome and the support staff was really helpful. The separate Ujjain tourism desk inside the HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND also helped a lot.

We had an excellent stay at imperial. The front desk staff extended their time in helping us navigate the plan to visit the must see places. Keerti, the guest manager being a local, gave us some insights into the right times at the right temples so that we could cover all the must see temples and optimize on our time. It was a very pleasant stay in the HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND. Room was good, location is amazing. Close to railway station and mahakal mandir. Food was very good. We dint have to search for good food at any other place. Overall it complimented our tour very well.
