Location is easily accessible. At the city centre. Food not ordered as we went outside to favourite Hotel Imperial Regency. Service is good. Tv, heater, amenities are well maintained. Lighting arrangements are fine.
Their reception investigation about the purpose of stay, partner relationship, expected checkout time while check in is somewhat spoiling our pleasant check in. But locality, room, cleanliness is good.

Location is great, slightly off from the busy & noisy vannarpet junction, providing a quite place. Number of restaurants around, both veg as well as non-veg, even though the Hotel Imperial Regency itself does not have a restaurant itself. Spacious parking. Hotel staff is courteous. AC, water heater, etc, are good working all round. Rooms are clean, linens are okay. Good place to stay and value for money.

Located heart of city in outskirts. Pollution free. Can be made stay perfect fit family and couples. They said develop and reform lot.
It's one of the Hotel Imperial Regency. Which has much potential. Good parking space. Good area to children to play with. But they have to reform small small issues. Further they said make family stay comfortable.

Location was perfect for our trip. Could easily connect to Terminal, Station etc. Room was of medium size. There was no attached restaurant which is a big minus. We stayed for two days and both the days they did not come to clean the rooms. Overall, this is not a Hotel Imperial Regency that I will prefer for second time.

Nice location Hotel Imperial Regency is situated in the centre of the city near to bus stand and shopping malls, very good and fast service, food is very good and cost is nominal, very co operative and help full staff, enjoyed the stay, room is clean and the beds are good, size of the room is OK value for money

We were heading towards Kanyakumari from Chennai by bike, felt like resting in Tirunelveli. Booked this place blindly but the rooms were spacious for 2 people and clean toilets with hot water 24/7. Room service available all time and lot of shopping stuff and best Annachi Hotel Imperial Regency nearby.

Stayed for 3 days. Value for money... Good room, no restaurant in Hotel Imperial Regency... But there are areas nearby, prime area for outstation visitors, Pretty good AC and good service, hassle free check-in check-out, very considerate services, flexible check-in and check-out process.

No inhouse restaurant, ample car park space, Good value for money, courteaous staff. Though no inhouse restaurant, but I could find nearby restaurants are so great. Rooms are neat and clean. Still need improvement on pillows and covers, bedcovers . I. E should smell good.
