Sad hotel, avoid, , very unhygienic, bad service

We were at this hotel for exactly 10-11 hours and it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. We booked a junior suite and it’s just a namesake suite. ROOM: we shifted 2 rooms, one didn’t have a working air conditioner and the other one didn’t have working wifi, the cleanliness was mediocre at best, the restroom had very questionable hygiene the towels were dirty and smelled, finishing toilet paper and there was someone’s on the floor. The toilet seat was broken an had hair stuck to it too. BALCONY: the table and chairs outside were so dirty that sitting outside wasn’t an option and they had artificial grass which due to their questionable hygiene wasn’t the best option to step on barefoot. The view was nice though. THE FOOD: we called for 6 dishes in total for one meal and all dishes had something wrong even after the waiter properly took the order and we explained properly, they had chillies and cheese but chilli cheese Maggi wasn’t available, they had egg bhurji but toast had to be called for thrice for them to understand till then the bhurji got cold. Two soups and only one came with croutons and the other one had to be called for multiple times and the soup got cold. American corn pepper salt tasted bland and peppery. We honestly couldn’t finish one dish. When we complained to the staff they listened, but nothing was really done about it. It is a very low standard hotel, IF YOU ARE USED TO NICE HOTELS WITH GOOD SERVICE AND HYGIENE IS YOUR PRIORITY THEN THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU. No amount of money can make me go back to this place ever again. To the hotel management although it’s unlikely they’ll listen- please do better for paying customers irrespective of the fact that they’re coming via deals or paying rate, they’re paying for a service, it’s your responsibility.

I spent 3 days in this hotel and it was a beautiful experience overall. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and customer friendly especially the GM of the hotel. I landed there in heavy monsoon and even my train got cancelled however he guided me throughout for a safe and pleasantful stay. The rooms were neat and clean, the location of the hotel is near to the main market. You can have a beautiful nview of Dauldhar mountain range from this hotel. The food of the hotel was tasty. it was overall a wonderful stay full of memories. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone to experience.

Dont get deceived by ranking stars

Poorly maintained old property, oyo class rooms being sold as star class. Room AC was not working properly & was stopping throughout the night, no toileteries in bathroom except towels, crooked fittings, soap dispensers were hanging on loose screws and were ready to jump, poorly fitted bathroom door handles (ulta) where you hang the towel inside the shower instead of outside of the glass door, poor quality bed & linens, no information was provided about kitchen timings, surprised to know that on a tourist place, the breakfast timings were only 8 yo 10am, while it is up to 10.30 in business hotels & 11 in tourist hotels, and it was not informed too. overall a regrettable stay, very very expensive for the quality of stay & service.

Our stay was really nice and we had an excellent view from the room, overlooking the valley. The room was spacious and the staff attended to whatever we needed quite promptly. The hotel is located right in the middle of the market which makes it quite convenient to explore nearby areas. And while the food was decent enough, the hygiene in the dining area can be improved. But overall, our stay was quite good.

family• Clean and comfortable rooms, good location.. Mcloedganj and HPCA stadium are just 15-20 minutes away from this location. • Breakfast is good. Limited menu but good taste. • Food is also good. Many options to choose from. The flavors are nice. • Service - quick housekeeping and room service. Pretty satisfied with the efficiency. • Nearby - There is a market on the street of the hotel - the market is not touristy, its a regular market with utility shops. Comfortable and clean with great service :)
