Both the deluxe and executive rooms were tiny, but very well maintained and cleaned properly. The Hotel Indiana staff were excellent in their behavior and despite not being prompt in all of their services, won our hearts simply by their conduct! a special mention to mr. Pritam at the reception and mr. Jabrul for his ever-smiling tireless efforts! the restaurant is probably the best part of the Hotel Indiana and the entire credit goes to mr. Sanjeev sharma for his incredible management and amazing behavior! the food is very delicious (a bit pricy though) and there are ample options to try out. Finally, the entire Hotel Indiana is very well managed by the manager, mr. Sarimul hoque

1. Location - few metar walking distance from police bazar. If you want to stay in market area it is perfect. 2. Room- we stayed at standard double bedded room. It was small but nice. Perfect for a couple & a child. Bathroom was neat and clean. It has attached balcony (problem is adjacent balcony is accessible. 3. Dinning - Hotel Indiana has a well maintained dinning room. Stuffs are great. Food is little bit costly but tasty. You can also order zomato food in your room. 4. Parking - it is a problem for those who are going there with private vehicles. Contact Hotel Indiana before booking. 5. Well behaved staffs. 6. Free wifi for each floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the indiana Hotel Indiana during my visit to the beautiful city of shilong, and i must say, it was a delightful experience overall. From the moment i stepped into the Hotel Indiana lobby until the day of my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Upon arrival, i was greeted by the friendly and attentive front desk staff who swiftly checked me in and provided all the necessary information about the Hotel Indiana’s amenities and services. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated, exuding an inviting ambiance that made me feel instantly relaxed.

The Hotel Indiana is at a walking distance from police bazaar. Stayed for 3 nights. The rooms including the washrooms are clean. They have their own restaurant at the property which is an added advantage. Food is tasty. Polite and friendly staff. Booked an executive room which is slightly bigger than the standard rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, but is served after 7:30 am. So we missed it as we left early for dawki and cherrapunji sight seeing. However, tea/coffee and sandwiches were served early. Hotel indian is less than 10 minutes walk from police bazar circle and anjali sumo stand in shillong. In a quiet corner of the very busy market, lots of restaurants in walking distance. We stayed total 4 nights, walked to wards lake in 15 minutes and to meghalaya tourism office at polo grounds in 15 minutes. The staff is really nice and helping. Rooms and bathroom are clean with nice hot water shower. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 days Its an excellent choice in terms of Location as its in the heart of Police Bazar and you can see all sort of shops as soon as you step out of the Hotel Indiana room.. The staff was soft spoken and helped us arrange our trip to Sohra. The Hotel Indiana rooms and washrooms were clean and food was delicious as well. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

The room was as close to real as it is being displayed in google pictures. A compact balcony with sofa and a table helped me relax therein while enjoying the rain. The location is also good for tourists as it is near to the police bazar. Staff were quite cooperative and friendly especially mr sarimul. Overall the experience was upto the mark

Hotel is at the heart of police bazar( parking is fine for bike) for a day stay in shillong one can explore police bazar, rooms are bit small( but good enough in crowded area) food was good, all amenities available needs to improve on bathroom fittings, over all very good experience, staff was helpful and good

Hotel situated at the mid point of shillong, nice ambiance, good stuff behaviour and food is also nice. Rooms are little narrow otherwise all in good phase.

The stay was good. Rooms were pretty neat and tidy. For a budget stay, the Hotel Indiana is really good and affordable. And the accessibility is also too good as the Hotel Indiana is directly in the police bazar area.

If you add ac in room that is better thing otherwise all of things are good location is perfect on market and rooms rent are also cheap that is one more good thing. And hostel service is also good.

Hotel indiana has all the modern amenities under its roof. The manager as well as the staff are all well behaved, helpful and approachable.

Had a wonderful stay, right in central location police bazar. Room included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was very tasty but breakfast didn't have many options especially healthy options. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The Hotel Indiana manager was very helpful in arranging taxi for the tour.

Centrally located Hotel Indiana has an excellent and cooperative staff. Helped us get the luggage up. Also helped us get a taxi to guwahati. Good hygiene. Thanks.

Hotel indiana is one of the best Hotel Indiana in shillong. Neat and clean room with good accomodation specially thanks to mr. Nazmul sarimul and sharmaji. Highly recommended i'll revisit again

Morning breakfast is served cold kn all days. Dinner is good and tasty. Rooms are good in comparison to prices. Manager provided vehicle for side tours at competitive price.
