Hotel Indraprastha

Rooms are big, decent and amenities are adequate. Friendly staff overall. Near to railway station. One quick thing to note: if you are adding breakfast, ask them if its ALA carte. If yes, better don't. Its the worst service a restaurant can provide. I wont blame the service boys in restaurant but the management who makes them do everything including taking order, going to kitchen to fetch food and clearing plates. Food not tasty at all. Same feedback has been given to reception staff as well, hopefully management will take note

Indraprastha is Catagorised as four star hotel with 3 star aminities , good and polite staff with out proper training of a star hotel , Power saving mode of electricity affects the perfection of reception and bad smell come out becouse of the Bar , rooms are spacious but not furnished in the standard of 3 star . Architectural design , furnishings all by not experienced architect in hotel construction . As there is less guests Restourant is not up to the mark

People/Support Staff at the hotel - excellent 1. Internet doesn't work most of the time. 2. No AC in common areas. 3. Food is really very good. 4. Rooms are decent. 5. NO 24/7 Food, Kitchen closes at 10.00.

I had booked a with breakfast plan for an exorbitant rate of 10049 but we did not receive any complimentary breakfast - instead you had booked a without breakfast plan for me - that’s cheating

Centrally located hotel. Ample car parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service by staff is good. Food and wifi service has to be improved.

Amazingly dirty and bad hotel with no ac and terrible staff. At checkout they won’t give you a bill and laugh on you.

The location and stay was good. There are few restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel is also quite decent. Beautiful river nearby must visit.

One of the best what kottayam offers though no comparison with large chains. Rooms were large, comfy and cleanliness was good. Food in breakfast was average with limited options, there were display showing dish name neither veg/ non veg. For a pure vegetarian person it was not fun to have veg dishes kept in the same display as non veg sharing the dish and cover. Entrance, stairs and lobby etc were dimly lighted probably due to environment friendly lighting but it gave a scary look.

This is worst hotel ever i stayed. Terrible staffs. Worst restaurant. Over priced. They are thinking is a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't even 1 star rating. They say, they have a pool. But the pool is closed. Worst food. Russian salad was the worst. I wonder if they know what is a salad.

have been staying in indraprastha for past many years.we reached on2 december 2022 at 5.30 pm . we left on 3 december at around 2.30 pm though the check out was 12 .. tjey didn’t charge me and also the fact that they never called me to tell me that the check out time had passed. these are some characteristics which decide my stay in a hotel… this hotel satisfies those criteria.. good and simple people…. thanks

No hot water as it was very cold

Hotel room was very good. Clean. Was neet and clean. Looked relatively new. Staff was very friendly. Good location. Food was delicious. Toilets are clean. Have their own vehicles to take you for sightseeing. Overall worth for the money.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff behavior is nice. Food you need to order from restaurant very close to hotel. But they will charge extra for room delivery of food. You could walk and buy parcel which will save your money. Food is good. Location is easily accessible.

They have pretty decent rooms for stay. However the services could have been better. Must be the lock-down effect. The management should focus on training their employee to handle client better.
