Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple)

Positive: i visited with my wife and daughter, it was the perfect room for 2 people, it is the new hote though the room was small compared to other Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) rooms but it was super duper clean rooms with neat and cleaned washrooms, interiors and light was fantastic. Overall it was the posh rooms with supporting staff. Negative: Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) had served mini bar in the room which includes snacks, non alcoholic drinks, beverages, chocolate etc. After seeing in first glance we thought it's complimentary so we just ate some snacks. While checking out we have realised it is chargeable so we have to paid for it and cost on such products double then market price. If Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) would have intimated earlier about extra cost then it would have been better. Other then that every thing is good.

The staff were courteous and helpful enough. I was upset with washroom amenities. There was no towel stand, neither soap holder in the washroom. Initially we were provided with a room where the washroom was stinking a lot, however the staff were very sweet enough to change our room when we have complained. Food wise it was good. Breakfast was delicious but limited choices but quite enough good to go. Special thanks to the staff and the manager who were extremely good to us and room was on time.

Hotel is very close to Golden temple, one can walk for 10 mins or take a rickshaw which will make you reach in 5 mins. Rooms are very small, but value for money. One thing which we didn't like is, the WC in our bathroom got damaged and owner asked us to pay for the damages which was very shocking for us. The damage cost was 4 times my room cost and after several discussions we ended up paying 2.5 times of our Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) room cost. So overall not a good experience.

I didn't really have high expectations from this Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) as the location even though was very near to the temple, was on a small street. But glad to say that my stay was really great! the breakfast spread was good, the food was great. They accommodated my request for preparing food without sugar and salt for my 10 month old daughter which was the best part. The property was also good and well maintained and the restaurant was inst a worthy beautiful.

My stay was very good, ambience of the Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) is beautyful, staff is very humble and polite and very quick responsive to any query of yours. Rooftop restaurant is amazing with city view especially at night, food is delicious. All the attractions are just on walkable distance. Rooms are neat and clean, proper taken care of hygiene, tea and coffee make are thier. Overall my stay was very good would definitely recommend to my friends keep it up team.

we have wonderful stay at Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) infa ....food is good n waiters are outstanding...in 1 call room service is available n they do extremely outstanding service....reception manager is so politely spoken n well mannered....rooms is neat n clean....kudos 👏. amazing stay at Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) infa...roof top restaurant is beautiful...we can see golden temple darbar sahib from roof top restaurant.

First of all very easy to approach to golden temple just 400 m away and by walk hardly takes 5 min while exploring the view of heritage street, food in the restaurant my experience is great. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Rooms in the property are quite and thoroughly hygienic and i love the decor of the rooms as well as lobby section. In nutshell from my side 5 star rating to the property and to the staff.

Staff at inf a is very cooperative. The room was hygienic, clean. It is having a good interior and the rooms are spacious as well. The Hotel Infa (400m from Golden Temple) also gave us a complementoty dessert as we visited them on their anniversary. The golden temple, rang punjab is at a walking distance which makes it more comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. )

Gr8 location, clean room and washroom and polite staff. Food was also delicious. Room was bit smaller. Other than that they have everything. We checked in late and they were very cooperative to guide us through everything.
