Highly Misleading – Unhygienic Rooms & poor service

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel looks good in photos but the reality is the opposite — unclean rooms, dirty bathrooms, broken fittings, and unsafe amenities. The staff were indifferent to feedback and showed no willingness to resolve issues. Overall, the property is misrepresented on MMT and not worth the money.

BASIC SUPLLY OF HOT WATER WAS NOT THERE DURING MY STAY

There is nothing mentioned about the property's location or the food. However, my experience at the hotel was very bad. When I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. I called reception to report the issue, and the person there told me that the maintenance team would switch on the hot water. There is no separate geyser for each room; the hot water is centralized. After 10 minutes, I went back to the shower, but there was still no hot water. I called reception again, and the same person answered, saying the maintenance team would fix it soon and I could try again in 5 minutes. I was already late for my meeting and couldn’t shower with cold water, especially since I wasn’t feeling well. So, I waited half-wet for another 5 minutes and went to shower again. Believe it or not, there was still no hot water. Then I called the same reception guy and shouted at him. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I had a cold shower despite feeling unwell. After I showered, one of the hotel staff came to my room with two maintenance workers, explaining there had been a power supply problem and they could offer hot water in a bucket. I told them I had already showered because I was late for my meeting, but the person kept insisting they could bring hot water in a bucket. He didn’t understand that I had already showered. Hot water is a basic requirement in a hotel and should be available at all times. Despite calling three times, they failed to provide hot water to my room.
