Hotel Insta 18

The stay was very short in the Hotel Insta 18, as i used it for a transit to kalimpong. The room is very good, spacious and decorative. But i felt it is a little overpriced. But the amenities and all other facilities are very good. The most important thing is the tenzing norway bus terminus is just a walking distance from this Hotel Insta 18. So if you want to have a layover then you can use this Hotel Insta 18.

Stayed in this property while i was riding to gangtok with my friends. I must say the ambience of the place is lovely. Notably this place is located in the heart of the city and it provides ample advantage if you are planning for an early start. The parking space is nice and the food is good and reasonably priced too. Looking forward to stay here once more if possible.

I booked this property from make my trip for short stay i am really satisfied to stay in this property first of all this property location very near to siliguri bus stand and local market staff behaviour very polite room very nit and clean well decorated i recommended to stay in this property

The best pet friendly property in siliguri, all the staff are very warm and courteous, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedlinens, were also clean and in adequate quantities. Food was above average the bathrooms could do with a little more maintenance.

Good property. Nice clean rooms. Well managed by well behaved staff. Close to bus stand. Good food. Overall a good place with value for money.

Cleanliness and staff are good, will recommend for bagpackers, but for ground floor room, i found it high decibel impacting sound sleep.

The stay was excellent. The staff was wonderful, very helpful. They were eager to help us out with anything that we needed. The food was also great. It is a must for any family planning to stay in siliguri. The rooms are clean and have all amenities needed.

Awesome stay, nearby SNT bus stand. Where you can take the Sikkim Nationalised Tourism (SNT) bus. A/C and non A/C bus. The staff is good. Food is good.
