Nothing was pleasant..paid a health amount..but service and room facilities was never upto the mark..reception was not reachable..telephone was dead..for every thing have to visit again nd again to reception physically..will never stay again here

The tap and shower was not working whole night ac was not working I had to sleep forcefully along with this fridge which was present was empty and not in working condition

I went in to check rooms before my guest , on suspicion that the outside entrance pic as provided on App was not visible, the restaurant/kitchen was in bad shape. Didn't continued our stay against my paid booking, as rooms were way below standard. carpets all dirty, lamp shades broken. I mean how can someone stay in these rooms. Had called and reported the same to customer care and Request to please initiate refund for the same. Terrible hotel with all faulty details mentioned on app. Don't deserve any star rating. please verify from your local area manager as ur guests don't deserve such non standard stay. Couldn't take pics as I just wanted to rush out as soon as possible.Also there was accute staff shortage as compared to the pic shared on app. I guess 4 members were available only at that time. thanks

Exhaust fan was not working, no dustbin in washroom, tea coffee starts at 8. 30am. Carpets are in bad shape

Room lights were not working, toilet tank was leaking, flush jet was leaking maintenance need to be done properly and milk offered to us was of very poor quality, breakfast was good

Nice service, staff with good behaviour and helpful. Rooms are clean and maintained overall it's a good experience

I was on my business trip and stayed for two nights, everything seems fine till 9:30 pm as i heard the loud music sound from the banquet of hotel, it was increased beyond tge human tolerance at 11 pm, the sound was so loud that wake up from sound sleep, i waited to complete the ceremony in the banquet but they've not stopped and after that i've to go to reception to make a request to stop the music but the person at the reception taken it casually and told me that it will be stopped in next 10-15 minutes. I waited and finally it stopped at 1:30 am which has ruined my whole night, i couldn't sleep properly, so it is not a worthy hotel to stay.

Service is bad food taste is not good i am order chees momo they send me chess chill paneer and after that he denied to return wrong order

There is no such hotel, google maps is showing wrong location, i had horrifying experience, could not locate the hotel, hotel contact no were not reachable. At 3:00am i had to book another hotel, because i was stranded

Pathetic experience in this hotel no food on time i ordered veg paratha that's also ridiculous

Always trying cutting their cost even guest had booked. I book a executive room for me on 1 night with breakfast. but the guy at reception told me that breakfast is not in your booking when I show them in my booking details then they just asked क्या मंगवाना है also their staff was not able to recharge their tv, during my stay.

I stay yesterday in night, I came around 1:00 AM but they welcome with a smile. Staff and all services are awesome.
