I booked this hotel basis 4.2 rating of MMT, however upon reaching at the hotel, I came back from this place without checking in, as I found following problems 1. Elevators were not working and we have so many luggage bags 2. Rooms were stinking badly with dampness smell and were so suffocating 3. Bed linen was so dirty and untidy 4. This place is not safe to stay with family as I observed police men were here, major security reasons. This hotel has manipulated MMT ratings and MMT does not have any clue about it. Since I blindly trust the MMT recommendation of 4.2 rating, this property deserves 1 rating, since I trusted MMT I want full refund of this booking.

I was charged per night, Compared to pricing i found that room was not up to expectations. No dustbins provided, floor was dirty, hotel staff not even cleaned the room even i have booked room through make my trip three days prior. Air conditioning was not functional. Telephone was dead.

The AC was not working at all. Although i did not complaint for a room change so cannot blamw the staff here but really need to keep the rooms clean and washroom tidy. The room had a foul smell. No fan regulator.

I booked the hotel by seeing 4.3 rating. But it was okay okay kind. When searched on Google or maps exact location was not reflecting. Even cab driver told he has arrived at location. Then I sent location shared by hotel staff ,there after cab came there. Amar Jyoti institute is more popular that can be added in address.

Room and washrooms are not cleaned . Bedsheets ,towel ,quilt everything is dirty there nothing available whatever mentioned in Amenities .The managers are very rude they know nothing about their hotel services .Kitchen services are very slow and bad .
