Hotel Isabel Palace

A Hotel Isabel Palace team consisting of few boys of 20-25 years age by putting their combined efforts thus lead to a miraculous experience to the customers. Rooms are superb, well amenities provided, neat and clean. A sit out for garden facing rooms and you should have your own private garden during the stay right from morning coffee to evening desserts and night chatting. They have a good restaurant, room service also. Breakfast included at tariff and the same being served to room as per our menu choice. Very near to Western side temples and sound and light show. Shopping area also near by. Well connected to airport and railway station. A single area where there was a scope for improvement is food serving mode and lead time from order to serving. They are serving late that too cold food. Quality and taste are excellent but quick serving in hot condition will add flavour to taste. For example, ordered for Garlic non, taste found delicious but due to late serving they became rigid like papads. Lunch also the same case.

What stands out is the wonderful staff. Especially Manoj. They make you feel at home. Manoj is so helpful that he dropped me at the tourist destinations twice on his bike and also showed me the market. He took me to a travel agent to book my return train ticket from Jhansi to Hyderabad which was done instantly. He's from Khajuraho and would give you good information about the town. A genuine person indeed. Bicycles and motorcycles are available at the Hotel Isabel Palace on rent. Most of the tourist places are about one and a half km from the Hotel Isabel Palace . Some are slightly farther. The breakfast is either Indian or the Continental fare and was good. Early check-in and late check-out are possible. One problem needs mention. There was no running hot water. You must obtain a promise on this count before booking.

We booked for 1 night stay at isabel in decembermonth for khajuraho visit. The staff was very much courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean too. We requested for room heater and they brought in mins. But the tv was not working in our room. They said they will get it done by the next day. But you have to order the food, since there's no buffet. Food was tasty. They will take around 30 mins to get your order. We are happy with the Hotel Isabel Palace and staff. I can give 4*

Well located, walking distance from the western group of temples (15 to 20 minutes walk). Pretty garden. Rooms with a coffee maker which is very convenient. Courteous staff. Pity the Hotel Isabel Palace was quite empty at the peak of the toursist season. Hot water for a Bath is a bit of a problem in the night(true of all establishments which Have a solar water heating system which I support) but they provide you with a bucket of hot water on request.

Our stay at the Hill Country Hotel Isabel Palace was comfortable and the staff took good care of us. Ms.Vijaylakshmi was ever courteous and attended to all our needs promptly esecially the room upgradation, and was ever present, be it at breakfast or whenever needed. Also the restaurant staff as Ashok was very helpful and prompt. Overall we had a good experience,and enjoyed the scenic view of the hills from the slopes of the Nilgiris.

Everything is fit $ fine. The room is well equipped, food is healthy and tasty. Hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative. Hotel is about 1km from the western side temples. The environment of the Hotel Isabel Palace is calm and cool. Room facility is available and there is beautiful garden in the Hotel Isabel Palace premises. They guide us properly to visit Khajuraho temples as per our time.

The Hotel Isabel Palace located near Western grup of temple, The key person there is ravi, he will plan your Khajuraho trip very well as he each and every near by places Ravi had arrange a romantic candle night dinner in roof restaurant it was awesome Just call ravi he will arrange every thing 9993045062, Don't think twice, just check in there Special thanks to kitchen and restaurants staff.

The stay at the Hotel Isabel Palace was good would like to go again. Excellent value for money. Food was good. The best thing about the Hotel Isabel Palace is its location and the homely ambiance. Rooms were tidy. Two things you need to take care of: Ask for a room in the first floor if you don't prefer ground floor and there is no bathtub in any of the rooms as specified in Makemytrip.

A very nice place. I had a pleasant stay with very helpful people. They were very courteous and helped me with all queries. I felt they gave best advice always. They did not try to sell off any guide or driver just for their own benefit. Definitely recommended.

It's got nice spacious rooms. The room I stayed had a small balcony which open in the lawn. The garden is well maintained. Bathroom are clear. The linen is clean and decent place to stay I would surely stay on my next visit

The location is easy to reach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms had access to balcony which were facing plants and trees. The green spaces are part of the Hotel Isabel Palace . The staff was courteous. It was a comfortable stay.

Hotel looking like palace. Pleasant stay. Good service, good interior. Hotel staff is supportive. Rooftop restaurant is good. Like to stay again in this Hotel Isabel Palace . Super deluxe rooms are so good. Next time I would prefer super deluxe room. I suggest my friends to stay in this Hotel Isabel Palace .

It's a nice place for stay and cleanness of all rooms. Cooperative nature of all staffs and near about main attraction of khajuraho so i think it's best choice for booking

Clean but breakfast was not proper beautiful balcony not far from main city healthy environment Hotel Isabel Palace staff was supportive and decipline clean room bathroom is good and spacious main thing is rooms balcony
