Hotel Ishan

disappointed with the room service.the washroom hygiene is poorly maintained, and cleanliness does not meet basic standards.additionally the service team is unresponsive and not supportive when issues are reported.

i recently stayed at hotel ishan during my visit to mata vaishno devi, and as always, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, ensuring our stay was hassle-free. they accommodated our early check-in and late check-out request (with a nominal charge) as our train was scheduled for the evening. this thoughtful gesture made our stay even more convenient. the hospitality was truly amazing, and the highlight of our visit was the food and their absolutely delightful tea — a must-try! this isn’t my first time staying at hotel ishan, and it has consistently delivered excellent service. i highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to vaishno devi. jai mata di!

A little shady hotel

Staff behaviour requires more friendly and if the customer demand additional bed sheet they must provide it. Else location is good near to market, bus stop and room are clean.

It was a good stay in katra. Budget friendly accommodation as well as near by all facilities makes it a repeatedly choice.

Property is clean, very close to bus stand and has a scenic beauty on the other side. Room has a balcony as well.

The room was not clean, water was also not provided and staff behavior is very rude don't want to revisit this place.

Nice hotel according to price, with nice location, spacious room & bathroom and the most favorable thing is that staffs are cooperative and polite.

It was a good experience, actually we reached at 1 a. M. There and slept there. He also picked up our luggage and dropped us to our room because we were very tired.

The hotel room was specious the location was good near the bus stand and the main market accommodation was quite well but the kitchen service was very bad the room service was very upset.

AC was damaged, Loud noise was coming from AC. Bathroom was very small and dirty. Blanket quality was not good.

The stay was good and the staff was really helpful. Some of the amenities needs improvement. Also cleaniness is a concern
