Ramesh, the manager organised taxi trips and accommodation when i needed after a trip i planned was cancelled. All staff asked how was and how i slept each night and showed genuine interest in my plans and advised on places i could visit. For a 3 star Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS i would say the staff are of a 5 star rating. Also the restuarant attached to Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS ishan is clean and offers a multi cultural cuisine including indian, thai and italian. Thank you ramesh and staff.

We had a wonderful experience while staying in Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS ishan, rishikesh. Its very close to lakshman jhula and river side Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS. We could see the river from our balcony. The Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS also having a common roof tarrace from where the wonderful river and mountain view can be seen. Hotel stuffs were also very cooperative and friendly. It would be injustice if i wont mention we felt the Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS is really secured even for team. Beautiful boutique Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS. Anand was exceptionally good, taking care of us from receiving us, to catering to all our needs. The place was very relaxing with beautiful view of the flowing Ganga and the Laxman jhula. Nice quaint surroundings with cafés etc. The food was excellent. We had pasta and toasted sandwich. The room was big and nice with a good Ganga view. The stay was comfortable. I will strongly recommend this Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS.

Hotel ishan is one of the rare finds in rishikesh. Its right next to laxman jhula which makes it one of the best located properties. The staff is very cordial and the eatery at the baseless surely deserves a mention! the arches is probably the best restaurant in rishikesh with live singing during dinners. Menu is a mix of different cuisines. All in all, Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS ishan provided us a pleasant experience

The Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS is near to market so you can explore and shop in the evening at your ease. It's very near to the one of the ganga ghat as well and have an amazing view of 13 manjila mandir and lakshman jhoola. Staffs are good but they are not that proactive to serve the customer. A staff named manoj rana is a good host at Hotel Ishan - A Ganges Riverside Retreat by SALVUS.

The staff was very good especially anant who was always willing to help, we felt that room and wash room was little slippery which can be dangerous with elderly. Value for money wise i would say it was not so great but this you can expect in peak season when we visited. Location of the property is great and the rooftop presents a panoramic vistas of the gang-es and adjacent hills especially in the mornings.
