people are here is really good you feel very safe here but room need to be thoda hygiene

Had terrible experience room of poor quality and blankets were not properly maintained. Poor heating system so won’t recommend

Actually it’s houseboat, not hotel. There are many hotels on dal lake on water same like houseboat. So it’s was amazing. Every time you have to come on road by shikara. They are providing to us on free basis. For that you have to manage room quality. Room are not too good, just for night stay it’s ok. But owner of this houseboat very very good behavior, they are not just helping for room amenities, helping & suggesting for everything.

Rooms n bath are very bed condition bed condition soo low service is not satisfied totly look is bed

The hotel island was nice boat house comes with nice views and area. The people and the owner are there is very good and supportive. They provide you everything what you ask for and help you with to book a cab and shikara as well.

In poor location, hygiene and safety are well maintained but rooms are not furnished.

Very good and one of the nice hotel.

Budget house boat in main heart of Dal lekh. Breakfast not as buffet system. They only give you one partha with acchar. Other is give all chargeable. And not informed earlier. I quit socking for tourist.
