Hotel iStay

Location was dirty but walkable from railway station. Room very small. The amenities mentioned in the description were not there. Even on demand they were not provided. Asked for iron box 2 times. They said they will bring but didn't bring. Dental kit, hair dryer was not available in the room. First room they allotted us the AC was not working properly and we couldn't sleep that night. AC remote was attached to the wall, so had to wake up multiple times from sleep to change the temperature. The second room they gave us had a broken chair which they changed on request. Food from their idine restaurant was good.

hotel stay is good. location is congested due to railway station nearby. staff are friendly and helpful. we need to request water bottle if we stay more than a day and proactively they can do that each day.

Location of the hotel is very convenient & easy to locate from the rly station. The amenities & services are good. The staff is very courteous & helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at istay last few days. The location was very convenient for us to go to the the railway station plus getting cabs to go around the city was also quite easy. The food was very delicious and the staff were quite friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was sumptuous. I travelled with my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Internet was good too.

The stay is very comfortable and nice experience. The rooms are cleanly maintained. Staff are courteous. Also, must Mention is the restaurant cooks tasty food, which must not be missed. The location is on prime place, just opp. To railway station. We just walked to catch the train.

The stay is not comfortable. The staff were not behaved properly. The hotel staff are not ready to help properly. The rooms and bathrooms are very small in size and not in the level of Deluxe room. The rooms are congested. The bill was not given and also not sent to the email or whatsapp.

Stay was comfortable. But hotel declined 24 hour check in check out which is the norm with such hotels. The reason being booking they make my trip.

Our stay though for a short period was good. The hotel is very conveniently located just opposite Coimbatore junction rail station. Hence no transport required to go there. The staff was friendly. The rooms were well maintained. However the linen, especially the bath towels appeared to be discoloured considerably and needs to be replaced with new ones. Overall a happy stay.

Best hotel, cooperative staff and rooms were also great. best thing is very near to coiambatore railway station, just take ext from pf-1 and hotel is opposite the main road. again very nice hotel and I would recommend everyone.

Good location, neat maintenance, nice breakfast, better facilities etc. To attract and retain regular customers, some more additional facilities can be provided.

Since 2018, I have been staying at iStay Hotel on various occasions. I really like their South Indian breakfast menu – idli, dosa, chutney, sambar, vadai, poori, chana curry, kesari, bread, butter, boiled eggs, and fresh juice – everything is excellent. The room service is very good, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I just feel that one painting could be added to the wall to enhance the decor.

Hotel location, service, maintenance etc was good. Good towels, dental and savings kids etc can ge provided as being given in similar hotels. This will be an additional advantage.

You have designated time for food and beverage orders, the food is below standard so much so that the non veg food stinks, the rooms are clean but the overall experience is not worth the money. The rooms have 0 ventilation and the area is pretty crammed
