Hotel Ivy

Rooms are excellent and large. Linen was clean and new, towels provided we're also clean. Washroom was neat and clean but had some issue with the exhaust system. This Hotel Ivy doesn't have a bar if you want to wind down and have a drink and that was missed. Location is in the main highway but no noise from the highway reaches you, rooms are very quite. Food is average and the staff is very courteous. Only grudge is the breakfast buffet which was below average in taste and lacked variety.

The staff is very supportive and humble. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. The breakfast was not included in the package so we had paid additional for it. They serve a wholesome breakfast. Food quality is also satisfactory. I will recommend it to everyone whos travelling to Raipur. Airport is also not very far from the place

Very good location. Awesome Hotel Ivy. Very well maintained. Hukka bar is good. Good food. Quick room service. Only issue was that WiFi did not work though it was not a big deal. Overall amazing. Will come again for sure.

Cordial staff and very good room. It is ideally located for business travelers. It could do slightly better in terms of spread for the breakfast. Taste of food served for dinner was good and also, staff was prompt in getting a feedback. I would recommend this Hotel Ivy to business travelers.

Rooms are well Furnished, Clean, Happy environment, Service full 101 Marks. All service persons are excellent and Polite. Value for Money, Quick Response for Calls. Especially Location is very easy to reach from Airport and Railway Station. Recommended for my other teammates and colleagues

Good Hotel and excellent all women staff, liked the promotion of woman empowerment! Breakfast should have a better quality. Other Hotel staff needs training. I was roaming on the terrace after dinner and an admin staff said you are not allowed here (found the way unwelcoming)

My rating is good. Staffs are very polite and well behaved. My room booking done for 2 guest, in room they provide only on bottle of mineral water, for 2nd bottle they charged. My suggestion will be to Hotel management to provide at least 2 bottle of mineral water. Thanks.

The stay was good, location too. Staff was cooperative. But not that value for money, they serve same breakfast, no variations and less options available. Other Hotel Ivys in same price range have some really good breakfast buffet’s in raipur. No that’s it

Good but if someone book two room for 7 days advance then give him near by room.

Room was clean, ambience and location perfect. Value for money, food excellent, staff friendly. Do not think too much just go for booking. It is near to airport and shopping malls. Breakfast was good and checking and check out fast.

Hotel is really good to stay location is good and reception area looks beautiful. Breakfast and lunch facility at the restaurant was well managed. The property was nice and my stay was comfortable.
