Hotel J.K. Residency

Have seen first time a hotel charging for water bottle in room and that too way higher than MRP. Bottle was sent to room with 20Rs MRP inclusive of taxes and at the time of leaving hotel asked for 62Rs for water bottle(which should have been complimentary) Now what they have written in bill? Water bottle with Service,.... Service for what? no one put water in my glass? it was just delivered to room and in addition to that they have charged GST over that? GST is already included in water bottle price as per bottle Pathetic experience

Room design and beds are not comfortable, walls are damped no alternate for driver rest and changing

The room very clean, the food was great, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had an amazing experience in the hotel

Breakfast is fixed. They give 1 cup of tea if you need another you have to pay. Rude behavior of persons in restaurant.

Hotel was good, but bathroom shower was not working. Room service was not proper. Some food items was not available for serve written in menu card. Rest of the facilities was ok.

Looking to cost hotel is not upto mark.

Mattress & bed sheets are dirty, no body was in the washroom

Very good room facilities, good and quality food

Hotel is ok, rooms are good. However one big let down they were not serving buffet breakfast which is big let down at the price they were charging. Rest I found every thing ok. Room service was good. Location was again very decent and on the main Road. Room interiors were also quite decent. Washrooms were neat and clean. I will say nice stay but breakfast was big let down.

No buffet breakfast, only 1 choice available from 5. Rest manageable.

Best option in Yamunanagar, big rooms, good staff, little overpriced for a City like Yamunanagar.

Everything fine but parking is on the Road

One of the worst experience ever, the beds had sperms all over when showed the managers and general manager they said we have to stay there and were extremely rude to talk, when we started taking a video they stopped talking and were not willing to share their names, the moment we stopped the video they yelled at us. We did not stay at the Hotel and never go this place Will be sending the video which we had so that future customers will also know not Worth the place please don't stay here.

Room was not Worth the price. We had planned to decorate our room and they did not allow an outsider to decorate it and they themselves shoot the price like anything. Basically, they wanted to extort money as they charged extra cleaning of cotton bedsheet also. These expenses were taken in cash card was not accepted and no bill was given for the same. Bathrooms were not clean due to the bad drainage system. No shower gel in the bathroom, we had to buy it from outside. AC was not working properly. Staff was very unprofessional. The manager was very rude. Basically, our night was spoiled and we thought we could have searched for some other better option also.
