Hotel J.K. Residency

I had visited Yamunannagar on business trip and booked the Hotel J.K. Residency based on the reviews. It did live up to its rating and can be considered as one of the best Hotel J.K. Residencys in the city. The rooms seem to be recently refurbished with good taste and offer a good value for money. The location is also central and in a non crowded part of the city. Although expensive fitting have bceen used in the bathroom, the shower did not seem to work and I had to use the bucket. The bathroom also did not have a dustbin and a place to hang the clothes. The cupboard had strong odour of new paint and was unfit for hanging clothes as they would start smelling. The food was nice and the service was prompt both at check-in and in the restaurant and room service. As a suggestion it would be good if the staff at the reception at checkout is courteous and smiling as part of better customer service experience.

I checked in late afternoon. Though the Hotel J.K. Residency denied booking during pre check-in. The check-in process was quick and room was clean. I ordered food Chicken Biryani, the Chicken tasted a bit stale so was the rice. The shower in the bathroom didn't quite work well. Room service was excellent. Tea was good too that I ordered more than a couple of times. Hotel management and staff was excellent and helpful to arrange for a small party in my room for my 10 friends who I met after 23 years. The room service was very quick with our many requests with food and drinks. I would rate them overall 9 on 10. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

It was good staying in J K residency, facilities are good, little food quality should be improved.

Excellent property in a city like yamuna nagar which is a industrial area. Value for money. Food quality is excellent and very delicious. Washrooms are good but little small. Need some improvement.
