Good location, near Karta main market and Yaatri ticket counter. Also, provided free pick and drop to and fro from Hotel Jagdish Residency, arranged cab for Patnitop. Guide the correct way to roam Katra and nearby locations. Food in Hotel Jagdish Residency is good too. It was a pleasant stay at the Hotel Jagdish Residency. We were there for Vaishno Devi ji darshan and enjoyed a lot. After we had few other plans too. The Hotel Jagdish Residency management helped us to get cabs to reach other locations which we had planned to visit.

The Hotel Jagdish Residency is pocket friendly, one should not expect fancy fittings from this Hotel Jagdish Residency. Its a budget friendly Hotel Jagdish Residency for people who would want to visit Vaishoo devi and are looking for a place to just sleep and have breakfast. The food was good and staff was very courteous. The Hotel Jagdish Residency proximity from Helipad, railway station, yatra bhavan and main market is just 1 km. The Hotel Jagdish Residency provides Shuttle service to yatra point and picks you back

Overall experience with the Hotel was good. We were allowed an early check-in, with shuttle allowed for everywhere we wanted (to/from the bus stand, starting of our yatra. The food was good too, though the restaurant setup can be a bit better appearance-wise. Room services for food were great, otherwise need some improvement. I met 2 managers, both of whom were very helpful and courteous. We were also allowed late check out for a nominal fee. Overall experience was worth it.

The food and the room service was good. Highly cooperative staff. Well maintained bathrooms. The best part is that it is centrally located in the market and near to the ticket counter for the yatra. They offer you pick and drop service till the check point. Don't judge the Hotel Jagdish Residency by its name. The stay is worth every penny and is an amazing option for those who have a low budget. People at Hotel Jagdish residency made sure our stay is problem free and very convenient. Though it is only a budget Hotel Jagdish Residency, courtesy and guest satisfaction was the first priority for them. Room was clean and decent sized with clean bathroom. Check-in was smooth, and they provided us a pick up from Yatra gate at 4. 30 in morning. Whatever we requested was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended in Katra.

This was my first stay with the this Hotel Jagdish Residency at Katra. I must say good place to stay, good cooperative staff, nice clean rooms and bathrooms and food was also good especially Puri Bhaji. The provided pick and drop facility to railway station and helipad. I will surely recommend this Hotel Jagdish Residency to others also and would like to come back for a stay in my next visit to Mata Vaishno Devi.

The rooms were good. Clean bed sheets, pillows and towels were available on arrival. The location is good and Hotel Jagdish Residency staff and man at reception was courteous and helpful. The Hotel Jagdish Residency provided pick up and drop to Katra railway station as well. The restaurant needs a serious attention. The food is good but service is very bad. The cleanliness in restaurant needs to be improved.

Everything is perfect and I have booked this as a MMT assured. Everything is excellent as I expected. Suggestion for family stay and location is also good. As I get a transfer help from Katra railway station. The room was neat and clean. The arrangements were up to the mark. The Hotel Jagdish Residency is a bit far from the bus stand at Katra. The staff was helpful.

Good place for family Its a good budgeted Hotel Jagdish Residency. They have pickup and drop facility. Clean and well maintained rooms. They provide breakfast. Hot water available 24 hours. Hotel staff was very co operative. They gave welcome drink on arrival. Its restaurant food is good.

Good place to stay, complimentary pickup and drop for Yatra parchi counter and Bandganga, great food, great service, located in good and secure place, near to the market and help us with their good guidance :) Looking forward to next stay :)

Nice Hotel Jagdish Residency with big windows and clean washrooms. Restaurant is spacious and food was tasty. Menu was pretty fine. I got early check in and late check out so it was good for me. Hotel location is on the main road.

Hotel is very conveniently located close to rail station and provided pickup. They dropped us at Banganga at 10 pm. Had dinner and snacks during our stay, which was decent and value for money. Staff was courteous.

Its was near to the ticket counter and market shops. There are lots of shops near by as well for food/sim/medical shop.

Hotel is centrally located, not very far from Katra Railway Station and Main Market. Stay was comfortable but room service and food needs improvement. Overall, the experience was good if not excellent

Pick & drop facility given by Hotel Jagdish Residency management from Hotel Jagdish Residency to banganga. It's a very pleasant stay. I wish to stay back again with family. Food services are also very good from the restaurant.
