1 too bad service no facility provide 2 bed table broken 3. no centre table 4.room service not support 5.no one taken call after calling many time they tell us this is owner number 6. tea kettle broken no power support 7. room staff just drank at night not given any support bath room not clean 9.only one front office person madam good

Terrible hotel experience.

Very terrible experience..Air conditioner not working...only on fan mode..no any room service..even not asking about the water , tea or cofee ..I wanted to take dinner at room so ask to provide a chair but chair not provided by room service...very bad experience .due to this reason I spent only night at this hotel...This was the total waste of money..I will never book any hotel from make my trip site. Make my trip should remove such hotel from their list .such hotel garnish the image of MMTH.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. As we have checked that the airconditioner is not working in your room as you have booked a non ac category room on your own, and might not have a budget to upgrade to AC deluxe room. We have tables and chairs in every room no matter what category you have booked. What we believe is not to disturb our guests for any reason and let them stay in peace, however we believe ki aap hamare rishtedar nie he jo apse chai coffee puchege, we have complimentary water bottles in each room for our guests comfort. Before giving a poor rating kindly compare the location room infra and service of a property as compare to the price you are paying. 500 rs me 5 star na service milegi na property. Thanks for your valuable feedback.

It was nice hotel. Staff was also good. but i booked non ac room by mistake. Ac rooms were good. You shoud select stay here.
