we booked Hotel Jai jai for 2 nights with 2 complimentary breakfast and dinner.we thought of complimentary food to be limited spread but astonishingly spread was great and taste was delicious for both breakfast and dinner i will give 5 star rating for food. 2) stay wise the rooms allotted were very clean and tidy.very silent atmosphere and slept really really well. All amenities were available and we enjoyed staying there.i will give 5 star for rooms too. 3) accessibility to Hotel Jai jai is also great from the city.i will give 4.5 star for that. 4) ample car parking and nothing to worry at all. 5 star for parking facilities. 5) staff were very very friendly.always welcomed us with a smile and greetings. from cleaning staff to managers all greeted us with a heartful smile which really made our day. 5 star for staff behaviour. 6) there is a garden to walk which was beautiful, other external activities like games are also available. all together Hotel Jai jai was worthy for us by all means. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. WE WILL ALSO STAY HERE ONLY IN FUTURE WHEN EVER WE ARE PLANNING FOR A TRIP TO KODAIKANAL. KUDOS TO TEAM HOTEL JAI.🔥👍

I knew Hotel Jai since 25 years, we as a family wanted to have a short weekend relaxing time. The best was to come to Hotel Jai and relax as a family with the family atmosphere and good variety of homely food. The costs are very reasonable and this is the best one can expect on a Hill Top. Staffs are very courteous and with a big smile which radiates their warmth and love towards the guests. Close proximity to the Lake, croakers walk and market place and the bus stand. Having a own vehicle will be an added advantage to move around. Hotel has got ample parking space and very safe for families. So why wait, call up Jai and reserve your room and enjoy your vacations. You will never ever regret👍😎🙏

We stayed in Hotel Jai jai for one night. We had a memorable experience. The Hotel Jai is located very near (1 km) to the lake. We had booked a family triple room with 2 complimentary meals. The room was very spacious and clean. Hot water was available during morning and evening. When we went for sight seeing, we had forgotten one mobile at the entrance. The staff had kept the phone safe at the reception and handed over to us when we returned. We are really thankful for the same. The breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. The food they served were very tasty with varieties. Overall it was an awesome stay. Thank you.

Every thing was perfect. Room was very spacious & awesome, plenty of hot water, exceptionally clean, all room facilities given were excellent, great tasty food, cooperative staff, provided us heater at extra charge which was worth it, plenty of car parking space, uninterrupted power supply, close to lake & all sight seeing spots, ideal for families. Would love to visit again. Suggestion - they should also have a recreation room with indoor games like carrom, tt, darts, chess, pool table etc which would make them almost a 5 star property ). Would highly recommend this Hotel Jai to all. The tariff is also reasonable.

While entering 1st thing while parking the watchman was very rude & disrespectful. He is not even considered that we have travel-led such long distance & need some rest after driving. He kept on shifting my car for more than 30minutes for proper parking. The receptionist at night was very rude, very limited eating hours for breakfast & dinner. Room was average & food quality only good. Scope of improvement in staff & rooms, parking, while checking out the staff simply dumped the luggage near vehicle & left, ourselves need to put inside vehicle.

I had Stayed along with My friend at Hotel Jai, Kodaikanal from 01 . 06.2023 to 03.06.2023 in Heritage Suite Room with Tiffin Breakfast and Dinner . It was a wonderful Experience ,enjoyed their Hospitality of the Staff and very good Delicious Food. It was a pleasure Trip. Afternoon We had taken Very good Lunch for 2 Days at Hill Top Hotel Veg Restaurant Who is Owned by Hotel Jai Management. Of Course I recommend to Stay this Hygienic Clean 3 Star Hotel at an Offerdable Price with 👪Family to any Tourist.

Stayed for one day with family. Booked with the confidence of high rating from mmt. Very satisfied. Stayed in heritage room in basement. Cleanliness, speck, space n room amenities at par with the likes of kodai international, sterling and the likes. Ample parking. Dinner n breakfast buffet is exceptional south indian. Very close to the lake. Reception level rooms look more open n airy. When i visited there were enough families with kids. Could add a child play area. For the price it’s fabulous

Nice and comfortable stay. Timings for hot water and breakfast are a bit out of place as people who wish to roam late and early morning might miss them. They have ample parking space and also accessible via main road. Rooms were neat and tidy. Food buffet spread is also good. Definitely would recommend to someone who is travel-ling as a family. Since there are no fans/ac and no door sills, the place feels very quite and silent, thus making your sound loud and hear-able to all

Heritage suite. This property is located in clam place very good Hotel Jai & well managed Hotel Jai. Most of the places are very near by.

Very good stay. And very good hosp hospitality. People are very friendly when we check out they give some food parcels also. We actually checked out at 7pm. A very good place to stay

We booked the family room and it was very neat. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty.

Good food is their usp. Hotel rooms are not that airy or corss ventilated. No fans etc and with old wooden furniture which creaks when you move in your sleep. Rooms are spacious but i feel the place needs a complete makeover as everything is too old

Very comfortable stay and very hospitable staff. Food quality was very good and the Hotel Jai had an old world charm, something very unique which you won't find in modern Hotel Jais. Special thanks to mr diaz and mr mark for arranging sightseeing in and around the town.

Felt like a heritage Hotel Jai situated in middle of the town. Class service and stay. Suite room is very spacious and neatly maintained.
