Very nice experience and stay. The hotel is at a walkable distance from major tourist destinations which is the biggest advantage. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. A bathroom kit was also provided to us, which is generally not seen in budget hotels. Furniture is well maintained and bedsheets and matresses were also very clean. There is no elevator in hotel and hence difficult if you are travel-ling with any senior citizens but for us it was absolutely no problem. The hotel has a small pantry which is good enough for breakfast, but with limited options. Food and tea were quite tasty. In case anyone looking for pure veg food, this hotel is good option. The view of city palace from the rooftop, both at day and night is superb. There is an art gallery at the ground floor which exhibits amazing hand made paintings. They have a team of 24 artists. Shiv singhji and rajivji gave a glimpse of their talent by doing complimentary nail art and heena art for children and the ladies, which really delighted the children. The owners also guided us well in terms of places to cover and local transportation. Overall, nice premises and very good place for a family stay in budget options.

Location and the view from terrace are the 2 highlights of the property. All the major old city attractions are within 2 km radius coming to cons 1. Rooms are quite small plus there are no lifts (however that's the case with most of the old properties in udaipur. Water (bottled) isn't included with room and is chargeable. They do provide ro water for free but the jug were quite dirty. 2. Avoid the place or hotels near jagdish temple during diwali as roads will be close by authorities for festival which means one has to drag the luggage till jagdish temple or shitala mandir for getting an auto or cab. We weren't informed by the hotel folks 3. The 4 rooms we booked all had only 1 plug point causes inconvenience as one can't charge 2 devices at once in a pinch 4. On the contrary, the food from the terrace kitchen was good.

Stay, room service, staff behaviour and food were excellent. A very good hotel to stay. The proximity of the hotel to the sight seeing spots makes it a hotel with good advantage in terms of assessing/reaching the spots in less time. This factor would encourage the tourist for their stay in the hotel.

The hotel met all the expectations i had. The rooms are pretty decent have ac and geyser. The biggest perk of this hotel is it's proximity to lake pichola, city palace and the ghats. The hotel staff is one of the most welcoming and helpful. A special shout out to mr rajeev for helping us with small details.

The rooftop is not functioning. The hotel does not have lift. No extra blanket in winter season Not worth the money.

Location: all attractions are in walking distance. Rooms: average, should have a wardrobe and dustbin in room. Staff: good and helpful rooftop cafe: city place can be viewed clearly. Night view is good. But only breakfast is served in this cafe. Food: average

It is ok type lodging. Advantage is it is near palace and lake pichola or maket. Rooms are big. But cleanliness is not that great.

The hotel is at a walking distance to Jagdeesh temple, city palace, Bagore ki haweli and that was the reason for booking it. But the experience wasn't that good. Two major problems faced during 2 day stay was water in the washroom and electricity cut in the middle of the night. The flush of the toilet wasn't working. The water in the tank got empty twice during our stay. The geyser wasn't working. The manager was good but the facilities were not at par with the charges.

It's a budget hotel. Rooms are ok, hot water available, room is not cleaned everyday. Hotel is not visible from road and is inside a narrow lane. Surrounding is filthy. Main tourist spots are at walking distance. Taxis are not allowed on that road. Autos are allowed.

Very hospitile staff, and very good service

Rajeev, the property manager was helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with directions to the hotel and was very welcoming. He definitely made sure we were comfortable and gave good suggestions to explore the city. The rooftop restaurant also served lip smacking food. The cook surajmal catered to our tastes perfectly.

From this hotel. City palace is walkable approx - 100 m. Baagor ki haveli - 100 m walkable. Jagdish temple - 50 m walkable. Pichhola lake - 100 m walkable. Paid parking at 50 m distance from hotel. Hotel doesn't provide parking but you can park you car in paid parking at 10 rs/ hour. Park car and enjoy all major attractions by walk, because all this attraction are having very narrow road where your car will get stuck. So pols go by walk or by auto. Hotel management is very supportive and explain about routs, attraction, ticket rates and timings to the guest, which helped me a lot. Overall. Good to stay.

Rooms are small in size. You will not feel wonderful and worth of it. Not recommended for couples. If you visit solo, go for it.

The location of the hotel was awesome and they were super friendly. The staff named pink u was very helpful. He has helped in everything whatever i was in need. Thanks alot to the staff and the owner of the hotel. It's great staying there!
